This got to change and reforms the Department of the Corrections (DOC) systems and policy for the deaf and hard of hearing inmates. The DOC knew this is wrong! But choosed to neglect it for years and wait for someone from outside to step up and speak out and correcting and teaching the DOC's behaior! Honestly, the DOC is a dope! DEAF POWER! GOD BLESS DEAF PEOPLE!
