So my family also rewatched this movie today, and while the house invasion was going on my sister did the math about the iron falling on Marv's head and concluded that it was definitely not strong enough to kill him in real life, but was definitely strong enough to give him his first concussion of the night. My dad then joked that the concussions are why they get progressively stupider through the end of the movie.
