It is true that China used to have one child policy and it was strictly reinforced. Families used to prefer male children and many girls ended up abandoned. I believed the policy was lifted.

Hi Rose I noticed you added the chili to get rid of the “fishy smell,” I am from Jamaica and we wash the fish with a little vinegar or lemon juice before cooking it or both and that takes away the fishy smell as well. Let me know if you try it.
