I just found your channel a few days ago while searching to rekindle my RC Plane hobby after many years and I do have to say, something about you guys just absolutely lets me relax and enjoy your videos like I was actually there. Keep up the good work!
Ordered this airplane after watching this video. Have too many flights to keep track of now after a month of flying it. All I can say is its worth every penny. The slow flight handling and STOL performance is why I wanted an airplane in this category and I wasnt disappointed. Looks great too with above average fit and finish.
@@TheRcSaylors it really is, I've been watching you guys for a couple of years and this continued output lends some normalcy to this strange new reality. Again, thank you so, so much.

Yes, great plane but more importantly, whoever the lady is, who's with you(Abby), it was a delight to hear her enthusiasm as well as yours. It's SO important that our partners don't just sit in the car and read or something but actually come out with us and experience the highs and lows of flying RC aircraft. Make sure you take good care of that lady as she's definitely a keeper!
I absolutely love my Husky! The quality of the Arrows products is fantastic. With a 4S 4200 battery, I am getting 24 minute flights. And it Fits in my CRV, no problem, wings on.
My old pediatrician and my daughters now flys and he always told me ot to mess with the small ones the bigger ones are much easier to fly and control. I'm just not as rich as a dr. Lol. Shout out to Dr. Perry Wilbur !
@lane teague The doctor was correct. The larger aircraft are easier to fly. A beginner can fly a larger plane higher to allow more room for mistakes. A larger plane is not as sensitive to wind gusts or small pockets of warm air and they're just not as squirrely as a small plane. It's a lot easier to get disoriented with a smaller plane than with a large one. Back in the day I started out flying a Falcon 56 manufactured by Goldberg. I found that the 56" wingspan was ideal for remaining clearly visible at an altitude high enough to recover from an error. Naturally everyone has their own personal preferences, but with a 4 1/2 - 5' wingspan, a flat bottom airfoil and someone standing next to you that you can use for help, you'll master the skies in no time. Once that happens, then go fly one of those micro planes and you'll see how right the doctor was! ;) Have fun!
You can, it's really not hard. I taught myself to fly and started with a .40 nitro trainer ~25 years ago. With these new electrics with things like E-flites SAFE you could teach yourself no problem.
Nice plane. It looks like a Super Cub. Nice to see the included wing flaps withe the ailerons, rudder, & elevator. What is this model plane made of??? would ya'll recomend this one for beginners or is this one an intermediate/advanced skill level??? I wonder if it would handle light breeze conditions??? Awesome vidoe, take care, & God bless. Rodney

I have had similar problems with my Explorer. There I reamed out the holes in the wing and finally they went in. Not something I want to do here. Any suggestions?
Hello RC Saylors!! I have a question. I’m deciding on a plane. I’m new but my dad used to build them and fly them all the time. I was into the truck and stuff. I was wanting to know is the Arrow Bigfoot a really good one or the Cub S2 with all the bells and whistles on it? Money isn’t a concern. I did see that the Bigfoot one already has the landing flap servos on it but I didn’t see that on the cub one. I will be taking off and landing on a golf course so the plane has to be a STOL. Or it doesn’t have to be those two but I would like your opinion on which ever plane y’all would think would be the better choice. Thank you.

Very good looking plane and flight. You do need some space to fly this but what I'm wondering for a while now is how on earth do you store all of your RC's especialy planes ?
Hello from the Blue Grass. I bought this through you guys and thanks for the coupon. It's a bargain at the price. I'm going with Spektrum radios and receivers and was wondering if I can use the safe system? Started on the Areo Scout and you guys are right it's a great first plane. Flying more on intermediate and experienced so preparing for the next step and plane. Great videos I've watched a bunch.
Hey Mark, that's awesome!! Yes you can use SAFE technology on this plane, just has to be the right RX. Spektrum does have receivers without SAFE, so just be sure you have one of their models that includes it. Usually says in the item description if it does or not. Happy Flying!

Awesome Lee!! Please let me know how your maiden goes 👍⚓😎
You guys rock. How do you find this stuff ????? I’m buying this ASAP.
That is awesome I love it
Awesome!
Thanks!
