Interesting to see how this ranking went from utter dross to absolute classics in the space of 14 minutes. As a big Peanuts fan who listens to Orson Welles'1938 "War of the Worlds" broadcast every October and has already said that pierce Brosnan is his Bond, I can only agree with your Top 3, Dave.
I love The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror Specials and I love Mr and Mrs Simpson becsuse this is great Halloween Fun and Homer and Marge are really gotted into The Roles in The Movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith!❤🎃👻🌟💕😄
Untitled robot parody was almost my favorite but I don't really watch treehouse of horror allot. Sure I like transformers but not on Fridays and Saturdays after bad events experience
Can you do the evolutions of my original characters Bill and Bob from My First Characters, Herman and Twing Twang from Herman's World, Dhufish, Bird to the City and also Stick Man and Bubble Dude?
If I were to personally rank them, I'd put "I've Grown a Costume on Your Face" dead last. It feels like they worked so hard on the other two segments that they wanted to go home and rushed something out. Not that there aren't some solid gags in this episode, but that's all the episode is. Gags. And I never liked the overly meta ending with Dennis Rodman. I get what they were going for, some sort of meta humor about how shoved in celebrity guest cameos were at that point in the series run, but it just was executed absolutely poorly. As for the musical segment, I get the feeling they wanted to do a Sweeny Todd parody, but also wanted something original. I respect the level of detail, originality, and boldness of the concept, but it's really a short that's more clever than funny.
You made a slight mistake of The Fantastic Voyage episode, the film it's parodying is was written by David Duncan, Henry Kleiner, Otto Klement and Jay Lewis Bixby.
@@DaveLeeDownUnder The only Jules Verne connection I could find was that the crew, one of them being Harper Goff, who built the Nautilus for Disney's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea designed the sets and ships for Fantastic Voyage.
Hi from a fellow Dave. I'd just like to mention that "Stop The World, I Want To Goof Off" is another one of the Simpsons Twilight Zone spoofs (specifically of the 5th Season episode "A Kind Of Stopwatch").
I’m in Melbourne, where we’re still in lockdown - despite Sydney having opened up during the week. Our cinemas aren’t expected to open until mid-November, so I won’t get to see the movie until then (if it’s even still in cinemas at that point.) Unfortunately, by the time I do get to see it, it will be too late for me to review it.
My favs are, Wanted Dead then alive, Attack of the 50 foot eyesores, Night of the Dolphin, Mr. and Mrs. Simpson, Citizen Kang, Nightmare Cafeteria, Bart Simpsons Dracula, It's the Grand Pumpkin Milhouse, Xecretly Xeeking Xena, Terror of Tiny Toon, Into the Homerverse.
Here's my top favorites of this set, in no particular order: Survival of the Fattest: Despite not being horror-centric, this one got a lot of laughs from how Mr. Burns killed most of the characters. And on a personal note, I have fond memories of sharing this segment with my middle school English class, since we were discussing "The Most Dangerous Game" at the time. Grimm's Scary Tales Do Come True: Loved how they spoofed these classic fairy tales, especially when they got to the witch's gingerbread house. It's the Grand Pumpkin, Milhouse: An interesting parody of the Peanuts classic. It did a great job integrating the Peanuts aesthetic into the Simpsons world and I like what they did with the Grand Pumpkin itself. House of Whacks: Great use of the technology, excellent performance from Pierce Brosnan, and plenty of strong jokes. Send in the Clones: Using a hammock as a cloning device was creative, the clones themselves were fun to watch, and the way they dispatched the clones was hilarious. Those cameos of Peter Griffin and Homer's early Tracey Ullman design were also fun additions. Heck House: Between the humorous pranks and Devil-Flanders ultimate payback to the kids, this was perfect Halloween material. Night of the Dolphins: An absolute laughing riot with some nice horror sprinkled in. It still amazes me how they portrayed the dolphins in this segment.
Fun fact:Both Spongebob episodes “Squidtastic Voyage” and “Krabby Patty Creature Feature” have very similar plots to “In The Belly Of The Boss” and “Don’t Have A Cow, Mankind” respectively as they both involve a Fantastic Voyage parody and a new burger turning everyone into zombies with the title characters trying to survive the rampage
Make Mine Music and Melody Time on Disney Blu-Ray on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021🤯🤩😍🤗😭💖👍👌✌️👏🤝🎂🎈🎊🎉🎀🤑🎺💰💵🎼🎵🎶🎭🎹🎷🎺🎻🥁🇺🇲🌞🌈🌎

Great video any chance of evolution of foghorn leghorn or Henry hawk
Number one is one of my fav episodes ever
The transformers episode should have been an parody of the 1986 movie that would have been a lot better
Surprised that I catched this video early
1 Goof Off
2. House of Whacks
3 Four Beheadings and a Funeral
4 Night of the Dolphin
5 Reaper Madness
I love The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror Specials and I love Mr and Mrs Simpson becsuse this is great Halloween Fun and Homer and Marge are really gotted into The Roles in The Movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith!❤🎃👻🌟💕😄
What? Heck house 13? It's the worst one for me. And I would put Nedzone in at least top 5.
But otherwise a good list, I enjoyed it!
What’s your opinion when Channel 4 played a split-screen for Mother Simpson when Matt didn’t like it?
Maybe next year he should change his name to "Dave Lee 6 Feet Under"
Treehouse of Horror is my favorite Simpsons specials that I love for years.
Cool spooky intro
Untitled robot parody was almost my favorite but I don't really watch treehouse of horror allot. Sure I like transformers but not on Fridays and Saturdays after bad events experience
Great ranking
Can you do the evolutions of my original characters Bill and Bob from My First Characters, Herman and Twing Twang from Herman's World, Dhufish, Bird to the City and also Stick Man and Bubble Dude?
No, sorry. I obviously only cover official characters that have existed for decades.
Wow Amazing

What will be your October cartoon evolution video be?
I never reveal until official announcement 🤐
You made a slight mistake of The Fantastic Voyage episode, the film it's parodying is was written by David Duncan, Henry Kleiner, Otto Klement and Jay Lewis Bixby.
And the book it was based on was written by Jules Verne - one of the most well know and celebrated authors in history.

Are you going to see Shang-chi and review it since your theatres in Australia are now reopening?

Okay "stop the world i want to goof off" is something I wrote in my own spin with some rewrites
Evolution of Patrick Star
No. He’s already been covered in the Sponge Bob video.
11:59 That scene where Homer throws those high guys was fluid as all hell. Why can't the show be like that?!
I love the tree house of horror episodes
Oy Vey

Next year.

Could this BE more of a countdown?
The shot at family guy in the clone one always gets me
