    Michael o'Leary has always been and remains a great breath if fresh air in business. Period. He's honest and open and knows his business and industry to an exemplary level.
    I'll keep flying Ryanair. Never had a bad flight, never had a bad crew, never been more than 30mins late departing (never late arriving). And you get more leg room than any other 3+3 narrowbody carrier in the UK.

    Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly😊

    Ryanair: Cheap fares that are cancelled out by unavoidable add on fees which overall make it less favourable compared to traditional airlines.

    • @Mark-eg2yd
      @Mark-eg2yd Месяц назад

      There's nothing unavoidable about their fees.

    • @Evemeister12
      @Evemeister12 25 дней назад

      @Mark-eg2yd they enforce extra fees by making you check in online, for which you HAVE to select a seat, which in itself incurs a large extra fee. Then there's the extra fees for anything you carry including a small shoulder bag.
      They rip you off after initially enticing you with deceptively cheap booking fees.

    Ryanair needs to be more honest and open when they advertise their fares , they seem to make more from add ons for example luggage usually costs more to buy than the passengers fare and it costs 55 pounds extra to get the boarding pass at the airport counter , when the piece of paper and the less than a minute to issue it would not cost that amount .
    How is it possible to advertise a cheap airline fare when you can't get on the plane without paying 55 pounds extra to get on the plane for example when your phone stops working , it sounds like price gouging to me .
    If you went into a shop to buy a cup of takeaway coffee in a cardboard cup and the shop worker wanted 5 times the price for the cardboard cup than the advertised coffee price , what would you think ?

    • @feelgood9018
      @feelgood9018 6 месяцев назад +7

      I have flown Ryanair for years, never once paid more than the aggreed price. Print out you boarding pass at home, or make sure your phone is charged If not you pay the aggreed price to get it printed at the airport. They are very transparent about their prices and if you follow the rules and aren't careless, you get amazing fairs. If you make a mistake, you will probably pay for that mistake. If you struggle with this, choosing the higher price arilines might take some of the stress out of it for you.

    • @luisramos123
      @luisramos123 5 месяцев назад +2

      It's not about the price of the paper, it's about having to staff desks at the airport and pay that staff. Their goal is to have everyone take their boarding pass with them and only hand luggage and reduce airport staff, passing the savings onto the consumer. It is outrageous to pay 55 euros for a boarding pass printed at the airport, don't get me wrong, but I do get where their coming from. Flag carriers are following their business model but with much higher prices so I'll keep avoiding flag carriers for personal travel.

    • @Adlata
      @Adlata 7 месяцев назад +4

      dude what are you talking about? only reason forecast is down is because useless Boeing will miss delivery targets of the higher capacity 737MAX planes before next summer so Ryanair revising lower pax number as they will need to use older smaller planes for another few quarters.
      Also 737max delay harms Ryanair because they cant sell the old planes still in use and the price drops even more on the second the hand market the longer they use them .
      Also people will STILL go on holiday but spend less abroad which does not effect air travel passenger numbers
      tl;dr Ryanair will be even stronger in 2024 and Boeing needs to meet production targets
