Town and Country, Missouri is a beautiful (expensive) part of St. Louis County... So what's the real estate market like in this part of St. Louis? Well... It really depends these days. Buyers around St. Louis are super price-sensitive, whether you're talking about $1 million homes or $4 million homes. And we are still seeing over-list sales around St. Louis, including the high end homes in Town & Country. Town and Country is seeing high-priced sales just like Ladue, Clayton, and Frontenac. But whether a home sells quickly or stagnates on the market really depends on price & move-in-ready condition. The market is still absolutely moving these days and we are struggling to find options for our buyers.
