      Because they only made 77 of them. They could have made 250-300 and sold the ALL. Would have made them more popular bc more widely experienced and enjoyed. I’m sure nearly all are parked with close to dilivery miles. 700 hp V12 and NEVER getting used is a shame. I LOVE the car but wish it was produced like the CGT and F40 at over 1300 cars, which is still very rare but enough that many get used, enjoyed by drivers and viewers. Ultra limited is not a good thing for a brand and I don’t understand it after the MASSIVE amount of engineering and manufacturing expense and time for such a tiny run. The next Titan will be Gordon Murray T50 and will be produced to 300+ which is a good number but still not enough with so many wealthy people buying cars like candy these days.

    Still one of the most beautiful Aston's to-date. Sounds like an absolute dream too.
    Why couldn't they use this as the design focus for their modern cars. People will think the Vulcan's and the Vantage GT8 marked the end of an era for the Aston's of old but not me, I'll remember the One-77. The outlier, from the age of Beauty, Power and Soul.

    • @djtimodj
      @djtimodj 5 лет назад +1

      Great options but by British built I always think of hand made, ols school methods like panel beating etc. Which is the One77, senna and P1 are stunning and true hypers cars but totally different to this imho.

    I don't know if it's me only. But 2010-2012 have the most beautiful cars with timeless designs ever. like, Pagani huayra, one-77, koenigess agera and lfa. Todays super and hyper cars don't have that spark and beauty which these cars have. Like seriously, modern cars are nothing but venty aerodynamic ugliness. Sure modern cars can be faster than these. But todays car doesn't have that timeless design.

    Very nice, but its left hand drive & i don't care what it is on British roads it would be dreadful, i had a LHD VW Beetle in my early 20's for about 6 weeks an awful experience, in fact my insurance was loaded because it was LHD, its no good saying about visibility because you are on the wrong side of the road for a start. But that is me, other people may love driving a LHD on British roads, i myself would rather live a little longer.

    • @scd
      @scd  5 лет назад

      Manual would be sublime but then we just start to appreciate cars for what they are these days - all part of the charm when compared to the technically brilliant latest generation stuff

      TheSUPERCARDRIVER interesting that Aston is introducing a manual box for its latest Vantage, think it will add to the driver involvement and character of the car, just imagine the same manual box in that One-77, think the combination would be astonishing.
