True. zero gravity is nonsense. I attended stuart macgill's workshop and what i learned is load is important for spine to become strong .. 1.keep moving 2. Do Back exercises light weight. 3.sitting is fine but dont slouch too much 4.dont load your spine with heavy weights and wrong form by hitting gym after sitting 8hrs at your desk. 5. Go for 1 hour walk daily 💯💯
