    How important is it to get the workout done in 40 minutes? What if you can't do it in time for JROB?

    I haven’t been wresting for really long and I might go to an intensive for the first time, does it help lose a lot of fat? Gain muscle? I would like if you responded but take your time. This is freaking me out but I will do it

      Oh dude, the camps will definitely help you lose fat and gain muscle, but you gotta push yourself if you want to lose weight and gain muscle it isn’t going to be easy

      Slide by, duck under, double leg, single leg and front headlock. The setups and reaction of opponents are deciding factors of what will work.

    do you know the times u need to complete for the 9 and 12 mile run. and do you also get points for those runs because i am going to the iowa camp

      thomas mccreadie you only get points for the 15 mile run but only if you finish with a 10 min mile pace

    I dont think you can do that workout every day. You'll hurt your knees.

    35 minutes??? Does that include the 4 mile run? It'll take me 40 min just to run the 4 mile but I'm over 50 yo

      Fr. Bulk for football but then you have to cut immideatly for wrestling and then that also Carries over to track
