- Smoothness is achieved with a lot of patience, zero-turbulence flights, camera laid on a soft piece of black cloth, on the glareshield. Pictures are enhanced in Adobe Lightroom and the timelapse is created in Adobe Premiere Pro, stabilized with the “Warp Stabilizer VFX” tool.

I keep coming back to this video, from before starting PPL up to now, studying ATPL. All the efforts will be worthy. 100% sure
Watching your videos 3 years ago helped to motivate me to become a pilot. 3 years later, I’m employed at a regional carrier. First flights in a jet will be this February. Every time I find myself overwhelmed with the constant studying, low pay, work rules, and general stress, I always find my way back to this channel.

@@cremebrulee2484 COVID was hard for everybody. I got laid off from my airline job, and was unemployed for about a year.
I eventually got a new job at a new airline, I’m still flying and I still love it. There’s challenges of course, but they can be overcome.
I love what I do. Wouldn’t have it any other way.
Soon the sky will become my home!

That opening scene of walking into the cockpit, knowing that you are going to fly that beautiful bird!! What a thrill that must be. Whenever an airplane flies overhead I stop what I am doing an gaze at it in awe.
I still remember the day I watched this for first time.
This movie motivated me again to dream of being airline pilot, and now I'm studying to enter a pilot academy in Japan.

I am a “regular” person who was allowed on the flight deck as a passenger in 1999 when we landed in Boston.
Then after 2001 I knew I would never sit in another flight deck and I honestly thought I would never see these views again. Now, through RUclips, and via Pilots who are allowed to and choose to share footage here, I can once again see the extraordinary sights I saw that day in 1999.
It is unlikely I’ll see it in person again, but thank you for giving us aviation enthusiasts thrilling access like this! Well done, and thank you for the photography/gear listing at the end.

It really doesn't matter that much. Save money, finish school as best as you can, spend time on learning and improving as a person, you should be fine I believe :)
Same as my math and physics tho..
Math isn’t like the rest of studying. It just takes a little practice. Hell, 15-30 minutes a day of just math cards and in a few weeks you will be able to multiply double digits in seconds. Algebra isn’t used a whooole lot while it is something you probably need. And definitely trigonometry
My math skills were terrible and I'm almost done with flight school. It's just something you'll have to put a lot of frustration into
There is almost zero maths in flight school, just a lot of physics calculations keep that in mind.

i noticed its been a couple years since your last upload. Just wanted to let you know that your videos have been my go to, to remind myself why im doing this. It motivates me to keep on track when i get to points where i struggle with the studying for the written exams; when my brain isnt in it or i start to lose focus.

This is so beautiful! I remember you were disappointed with all the people stealing and reuploading your videos and photos with their logos, but remember that you're changing lives with your content. I always loved aviation, and your Life as an Airline Pilot video is one of the things that pushed me to go to a flight school a couple of years ago... and in a few months I'll get my IR and multi engine ratings and with that I'll finish my entire modular ATPL training program. I'm so glad you decided to upload a new video despite the many reuploads! I know how much work and effort goes into something like this, done aviation music videos myself. I absolutely love this one as it covers many aspects of aviation, commercial and general. This is pure motivation to continue chasing ones goals in aviation, as it still is the best hobby/profession in the world! Gonna put it right in my Aviation Movies playlist!
