Started gambling ( slots ) like 2/3 months ago after coming into some money and like an idiot I signed up to online as the £500 jackpot in the bookmakers weren’t doing anything for me any more. In the process I’ve managed to go from like £370 to £1,100 online lose it all and then put £6,000 of my own money back in all in the space of say 3/4 hours and still continuing to go into the book makers daily and loose on average £300/£400 chasing what I’ve lost. It’s causing me issues sleeping, just feeling motivated and the thought of obtaining the amount I’ve spent just feel dreadful and long winded. I don’t know how to shift the feeling of shame, guilt and embarrassment right now if I’m honest any sort of suggestions would be much appreciated as this feeling is all new to me.
two months ago i start gambling lost 200k then i stope i thought if keep this i will lose every thing last week i said only try with 2500 $ if lose i will stop i do not know how but i won 130k then i said ohi can take my money back then i lost 40k i stoped withdraw 90k to my bank then i realize i had big issue i just want to keep playing no matter what and if i keep this i will lose the 90k left from my wining so i stop i may try once a month cus still i am down 110k but i hope i can control my self
