Celebrate Recovery Testimony - Spencer Bell

My testimony about depression and suicide given at the Sycamore View Church of Christ Celebrate Recovery in Memphis, TN on February 20, 2018.
I began with a clip of the music video for "One More Light" by Linkin Park.
I removed a portion of the video where I talked about a suicide method. As a policy matter I no longer mention methods of suicide when I speak in order to protect those who may have a negative emotional reaction. I do believe it was appropriate for that live audience, but not for a public audience. I also used the term "committed suicide." I now adhere to current best practices by avoiding that term.
