I am grateful for the opportunity to share my story to students at the Baptist College of Health Sciences in Memphis, TN to bring hope and encouragement to fight the battle against mental illness. I almost lost the battle, but with proper treatment I now have hope and healing. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Ask people if they are ok. You are loved.

Shelby Farms Park, Memphis, TN. Peak partial (93%) is at about 0:24. Nikon D5000, f/3.5, metered shutter, ISO 200, 8 sec intervals, 24fps. Video begins at about the start of the partial eclipse. So yeah, you can't really see much. The eclipse wasn't very perceptible to the naked eye.

I have this same thing happen to me, but only for the first start of the day when its still cold out, could it be possible that the fuel in the fuel line or fuel pump is just condensing and causing a bad air to fuel mixture for a brief moment? This morning when mine finally turned over it was idling extremely bad and had a disgusting sound to it, and sounded like it was gasping for fuel, but turning it off and then back on after waiting about 30 seconds, it worked perfectly after that, and for the rest of the day, started up first time every time, and didn't have a slow start.
Colton Phipps I haven’t heard about fuel condensation. Sounds like you still may have a starter problem. It’s very common.

Great inputs on the ground cable - replaced it as recommended and all is fine... Why is it that all that is "electrical" seems to be a BMW failing such as blower resistors and electric water pumps;-(

this exact thing happened with me and didn’t pay any mind because it wouldn’t happened as bad after that. until this morning it completely didn’t start. lights on and everything but just won’t start :/

Just fixed that issue myself. Replace alternator
Well seems like this is a start issue as you can hear the starter not cycling perfectly. My starter cycles perfectly but just cycles for a long time almost like a car with a bad immobilizer.
