The front patio feels so lonely , claustrophobic. No greenery either. Don't care for that claustrophobic tiny wrapped around space !! This home doesn't have much outdoor space either but 100s of TVs. Unhealthy home. In media room the sofas were way too close to the TV also. And even if I watch TV I NEED Windows!! Don't care for the media rooms at all. We got our media room converted into a formal dining and another into living room. Got out media room upgraded into big Windows in the room.

But they are not making quality homes anymore. Go to esperenza in dripping springs and and see in model home the minor cracks in the walls already ! The decor, family room and patio is amazing of treaty oak though.

I'm all about the outdoor space and the closet space. And a nice bathroom with a soaker tub. I don't care about the rest. I'm not that person who needs a giant kitchen. I spend my time outside so I would love this courtyard.

I am by no means a millionaire but I thought this house would cost several Millions right now. It's beautiful! I love the Spanish style roof and exterior. I like getting home decor ideas from these beautiful homes. Everything that is on the outside patio, I hope it's bolted down with this crazy weather we get especially in May!

I built a nice home in the Philippines for less than1.5 Million Pesos. Much smaller, less amenities, but suits me fine. Now, I can live on less than $1,200 per month on my social security. Only 2 bathrooms in the entire house. Bedrooms are smaller, no central air, very humid, but no stress of a mortgage, high taxes, high utility bills, plus I live a much better life.

I been to this house a few times and I am debating should I get this home or Drees Lymer II. I would prefer this model from toll brothers but they only build at Travisso. By any chance do Toll Brothers build on other lots?

Why is the media room bigger than the master bedroom? Even the patio area's are bigger than the master and I find that fascinating. That the "common" areas such as the patio, media rooms, gamerooms...areas that are meant for "entertaining" are much bigger than the bedrooms.
After researching the 'average' bedroom size, for Till Brothers where addons can easily hit $300+ in upgrades I expect the bedrooms to be bigger than 11x12 and 15x17 .
Great feedback! The media room is larger for more people to enjoy the space. Whereas the owners bedroom will likely have two people in and out of there.

The lens distortion makes areas look larger than actual dimensions. Love the overall concept though.

Why doesn't TX have basements? That adds so much space especially for a bar area and media room. I always wonder why these homes have bars next to the living room and media rooms upstairs now I figured it out. Lol

The model has not sold yet. Price of homes in this collection is in the description of the video. Floating stairs or an elevator is usually not an option but you could possibly retrofit floating stairs after market. Elevator would be tough assuming utilities would get in the way but would not rule it out after market.

What's the lot size? 70 or 80 feet or larger than these? What's the price of lot for this floor plan?
A plan like this is usually built on an 80 foot wide lot. Lot prices can vary.. I have seen $50K - $350K when available.
50k is fantastic bargain for 80 feet lot. What will be the probable yearly property tax for this particular property?

Usually this is built on an 80’ wide lot but width can vary based on the curve in the road, cul de sac, and depth varies for every lot.
