This is a great floor plan. The flow from space to space makes sense to me. The only thing I didn't like is the wine room, but I don't drink lol. I'd have to turn that space into...I don't know, maybe a snow cone room. I can see all the syrups stored in the slots where wine is supposed to go. My ice shaver on the counter, maybe add a cotton candy machine along side it. The popcorn machine would be up in the theater room though. But yeah, I liked this one. I prefer this style far and above the modern styles with the floaty stairs and bizarre banisters. I hope you don't get sick of me yapping my opinion on all your tours. Well actually I don't comment on every tour because Mama always says "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all." Haha, but sometimes I do comment on the ones I don't like. But I have to REALLY not like it to comment negatively on the house. Decent sized spare bedrooms, here in Dallas they're really shrinking the bedroom sizes and hustling on square footage
