The Toll Brothers never ever miss on their building of homes. The ones they’ve built here in Houston are just as breathtaking, but this one right here all I want to do is grab my purse and drive up I-45 north to this house and move in as is with furniture included. The shrubs that’s blocking the driveway can be replanted in the backyard. I’m ready! Lol 😂

I just want everyone who is thinking about buying toll bros that not everything you think is included like locking bedroom door handles and cabinets in the laundry room , and no screen door , also no mantel for the fireplace no garage door opener these things came with our other house we built for just over 200k but none of these items came with 800k house with toll bors , oh no linen closets either .
I am very familiar with this area this is a beautiful community. I am a mortgage lender licensed in multiple states would be happy to be of assistance if needed.

I have a Tolls Brother townhouse in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. My kitchen faucet is the same exact kitchen faucet you guys have in your kitchen. My faucet is not working properly and I’m getting ready to replace it. But I don’t want to because it’s nice. If I knew who the manufacturer of the faucet was, I could reach out and get service, or maybe replacement. Any info anyone can provide would be helpful.

Agreed. I'm not really into super huge homes. 4k square feet is pushing it at my max. I believe this one is about 4,400 sq ft. A family of 5 it would be ok, probably. Married couple 3 kids. Plus you need one guest room for tge mother-n-law. Anything less than a family of 5 or 6👎🏽
Those lots are so small; I would need atleast an acre or two before even considering the house.
From a maintance point of view that roof is horrible due to so many different levels and such and would have been better as a traditional 2 story house. The inside is also nice but the large open layout will create issues when it comes to heating and cooling the place due to a lack of walls.

@@BigRodd91 Some things may be opinions ill admit but what I said of the roof is a fact.
A large floorprint is better being on two stories as you have a smaller roof to cover and maintain; compared to large one story buildings or buildings with mutiple pitchs and roof levels and such. If you dont believe me ask anyone that has ever built a roof or replaced a roof.

Yeah...but it's in Texas.
For a million dollars I need REAL hardwood floors, the flooring is vinyl...hard plastic. Also, I need cabinet handles on the cabinets...there are no handles on the cabinets.
How is it that the family room, the fitness room, and the media room is bigger than the master?? This is a million + home so that's probably about $10,000+ per month and my bedroom doesn't have a fire place, no access to the outside, no separate sitting area, and no fireplace. You paying $10K + in mortage every month you deserve the biggest room in the house....hell everything is bigger than the master. Faux wood beams are hard plastic...it's not real wood.
In the master bathroom there are NO cabinet handles. No jets in the tub, no jets in the shower.
It's not your fault sugar, but if this is the best that Toll Brothers can do I will pass.
Vinyl flooring and travetine in a $1M+ home..all cheap materials. Those are the same materials you can find in modular homes and in homes priced at the $250K price point here in Dallas.
When you realize that ALL the flooring is hard plastic, the faux wood beams are plastic, the base boards are plastic then it should make people question the rest of the house.
The garden is so small and the house situated next to a busy road . What a strange thing to build a house in such an unpleasant environment
