He's not from usa nor France
Embiid wasn´t "an added luxury" he was a necessity. There´s no american big at 7 ft or above that on an elite level. AD´s true height is around 6'10, Bam might be shorter than AD. The reason team USA lost against Germany was their height. I´m not a fan of Embiid as a person but as a player he´s probably the most skilled center behind Jokic. Him opting for France and then for the US is actually embarrassing for both sides.
the reason they lost was because we sent our third team, 2 inches of height doesnt matter when most of the roster is either perennial all stars and all time greats

They allowed way too many second chance points and were outmatched under the basket. Team USA had by far the most talent on paper but no capable bigs. Their only 7 footer was Kessler wtf

He said he wanted to play for them, got his citizenship and then walked back on his promise. He lied and deceived. He should've actually played for Cameroon if he had any pride or dignity. You’re so dumb first off he comes from Cameroon, which was a former colony of France, so of course when he’s applied, he’s got a much easier time getting that citizenship that is US citizenship, which took 10 years to acquire; play for France because if you look at all their Olympic teams, they’re literally from countries that they colonized not even their own people
