Those jerseys are as sloppy as the Chicago Bears are on the field. Still, most fans who wear them to games don't care because it saves them $400 bucks.
People can buy them if they wish but if you buy them for ebay it's a risk
I used to work in brand protection at adidas. Once you know what to look for those counterfeit items stick out a mile!

What about Majestic? Do they use number zizes?
Majestic is usually for baseball and some do. Most fakes for Majestic baseball jerseys will have the number size and some of the indicators we mentioned here. Wrong color, bad stitching, etc.

What do u do if u find a pretty great selling shirt but u dont know if its womens or mens? This has stopped me from listing it for while and is in my death pile even though it's worth about $100!
What I do is eyeball it, try it on, or measure it and disclose. A men's is a size larger than women's in most cases, some are oversized which can be kw baggy or comfort too.

The best way you can go over a reason why something is fake in front of a vendor is doing a voice over later when you edit the video.
So at the flew market you would just have to show the camera all the indicators that make it fake, and then do the voice over the video showing the fake parts.
That's one way to do it. I haven't quite mastered voice overs on youtube yet lol. Still learning them.
