For the spair technique, do i have to manually verify the fat peak or manually select the fat peak frequency?
Very helpful. Do you think i can get a pdf or PowerPoint of this lecture?
Thank you.
Hello Dear!
In order for you to access the transcript of this course, you will have to purchase the course "MRI Sequences and Saturation Techniques"
www.medical-professionals.com/en/courses/mri-sequences-and-saturation-techniques/
Buying this course will also give you 5.5 CE Credits
Approved by the ASRT (American Society of Radiologic Technologists) and Meets ARRT® CE reporting requirements
Got it, thank you so much.
great video but i have a question. how did you calculate the TE times for dixon sequence as 2.38ms, 4.76 ms and 7.15 ms?
Most Dixon sequences rely on acquiring multiple echoes at specific time intervals (echo spacing) to differentiate water and fat based on their differing T2 decay rates.
The 2.38 ms value could be part of a sequence with specific echo spacing ratios, like 1:2:3 or 1:1.5:2.4.
In this case, 2.38 ms might be the first echo time, with subsequent echoes at multiples of this value
(4.76 ms and 7.15 ms for the ratios mentioned above).

Where are the other videos?
We don't have any more MRI videos to upload just now, and we had to remove to CT Protocol videos for some updates. We are now re-uploading the CT protocol videos and will continue posting new content.
