If she faces her fears and opens up her pain and acknowledge her disenchantment of her idea of father and daughter relationship of what has actually taken place in her father’s greed, disconnect from having any emotions or respect for his children and keep her values of respecting herself and her emotions of empathy not being met by Chad his lack of compassion. Chad put the last nail in his own coffin! One thing he forgot....to dig his own grave! I saw a video of Tammy at school with all of the teachers and staff and she was dancing, running, and laughing!! She was NOT sickly, lazy, didn't bruise from anything having to do with household chores, or most of all didn't have fainting spells!! A thought is maybe since Emma would NEVER leave Tammy alone, she could have been putting something in her food or drink. Garth has told 3 stories about the way he found his mom. One, on the couch, two, came in to help his dad, and three HE found her cold and stiff! Also Emma said she was the only one that was obsessed with a dark spirit and her dad got it out of her, but if you think about it, Emma is the only one that had a dark obsession that LIVED. A slab was going to be poured for a mobile home, and a pool dug, but alll of this was to hide the bodies!! Chad also never had such as experienced woman, so Lori gave him all new sex.

@@lindalarson5468It’s commonly known as ‘The Fundie Baby Voice’ which is cultivated in these tight knit religious groups where women are very pressured, criticized and conditioned to play a specific role, subservient to their husbands and fathers, sexually available to husbands and innocent, and the prime example of a godly woman as defined by her place in the group (hierarchy) and her place in the home. The voice allows them to play a part that appeals to men and young women looking up to them and to small children who perceive them as safe, as they compel them to abide by the rules. They never seem to be pushy or nagging or have any agenda but they’re incredibly competitive, misogynistic, pressuring to one another, manipulative and skillful at gaslighting. Yet, they’re upheld as lovely examples of how a woman should be. Modest, humble, caring, generous, godly etc.. Their very appearance and demeanor (often, they seem naive to the world outside their groups, always very polite and soft-spoken) is all to get by in the community. It’s all conditioning from infancy to please and think and do exactly what their parents command. Due to overarching misogynistic principles and ideology those are edicts in the church of which they must abide. So, misogyny dictates practices and suffuses, permeating everything. Don’t be fooled by a soft voice and a childlike, angelic demeanor. This is a powerful tool that works like honey to lure bees

What is so outrageous is that Lori was gone for weeks leaving JJ with Kay and Charles while she was vacationing in Hawaii or wherever. Then suddenly after not wanting JJ, she insists on taking him back. Why? Because she obviously has a plan to murder both of her children so that she can use the social security cheques- as well as all the life insurance from the husbands she murdered- for her vacation life with Chad. Chad followed up with Tammy and collected her life insurance. Two despicable evil people who didn't deserve the good spouses they had, nor the children. With all the evidence, it is a shame that all this tax payer money goes into defending these two criminals who are clearly beyond guilty.

Yes, you are right. The only big exception that comes to mind is Texas. Their death chambers are very active, I am pretty sure. Texas is known for this and always has been.
A few other states do use theirs, but obviously Big Pharma has slowed executions to just above a total halt.
My own state has always been in the top ten or top fifteen or the most executions and we have not carried out a death sentence for years. I believe the last one was Dennis McGuire, which was considered botched as a direct result of the moratorium by pharm companies. (Ohio) Most death row inmates die a natural death.
The thing that truly scares defendants in DP cases is the total and stark isolation. It will absolutely drive a human crazy. Their connection to other people is pretty much zero, and that includes prison staff.
I know in the main women's prison in Ohio that the entire prison gets locked down if the female DP inmate has to be transported anywhere. She never sees another inmate.

She was trying to make it sound like a good thing that someone of the light would do. And if he’s of the light, then certainly he could never k!LL KIDS. As for Garth- Chad clearly got to him and convinced him that the detectives were evil and he was being attacked by the dark so Garth must defend dad and lie to give him an alibi. that’s the only thing that explains his two VERY different stories.

You guys don't understand what you're talking about. A diagnosis of exclusion isn't speculation or a guess. Prior tried to frame it that way , and you took the bait. A diagnosis of exclusion takes a list of what they are seeing as symptoms, and look for what things could be the cause of it.
Pulmonary edema isn't an 'undetermined' finding. There are a list of things they can rule out that cause pulmonary edema. For instance, meningitis doesn't cause pulmonary edema. You can rule that out.
The prosecution recrossed by asking her if she had been given information they had given to Utah ME, A. B. C .D....
    She said no.
So she didn't have the context they did.
So she wasn't able to rule out what the Utah ME could rule out.
For instance, her heart was healthy, so it was not caused by the heart. Poisons weren't found.
Ultimately, pink foam in the lungs coming out of the mouth is a finding suggestive of asphyxia if the other things are able to be ruled out. It's a strong accurate diagnosis. There isn't anything else it could be. So it's not jumping to a speculation. It's a diagnosis.
Defense ME admitted that she didn't have all the information that the Utah ME had. Utah ME had no reason to jump to conclusions. They didn't know her. But the defense ME certainly had reasons to call it undetermined.
    1. She clearly prefers to call it 'undetermined' than do a thorough investigation. It's easier to go with that option. I've had professors who cut corners and had gotten lazy over the years, but their head was as big as ever, everyone else was wrong and they were right.
    2. I'm sure Prior hunted for the ME that he knew was more likely to call it undetermined, either by hook or by crook. These people that do the court circuit make a lot of money giving the defense what they want to hear. It's a fact we don't want to consider, but it does happen.
Listen to Lindsey cross examine her and her findings crumble.

It’s remarkable that they thought they would get away with all of this. Charles, Alex, Tylee, JJ, Tammy…..all dead. And the attempt on Brandon’s life was very suspicious. May justice prevail.

All the narcissists do! They always make sloppy mistakes bc of how grandiose they are. Scott Peterson ordered p0rn while his “beloved” wife and baby (she was close to delivering) were missing. Like, common dude 🤦🏻‍♀️

The world is not right without you & Tylee! Also not right without Tammy, Charles, & Joe!!!
    2. IMO-The jail call from LV to CD about searching the property was orchestrated by Mark Means in order to make her look innocent - or at least less guilty.
Obviously her trial regarding the kids is over, so this is nebulous, but she still faces murder charges in AZ.

I don’t find any credibility in Chad & Tammy’s kids. There’s just too much for them to process and understand it like an adult who has experience of somebody over 25. They’re just afraid of losing their dad. It’s totally obvious with Emma at the police car while her dad was in it without any words of understanding or compassion for his daughter. Nothing emotionally supportive out him for his kids and they just deny the obvious and do what every their dad tells them. It’s pathetic for them.

Chad was the catalyst for Lori's change but Lori was 100% there for it. Tylee and JJ were killed because Tylee didn't like Chad and JJ scratched Chad. Chad hated them both and considered them zombies

Tylee likely knew what really happened with Charles' death, but I think they just became a nuisance to her and the life she thought she would have with Chad. She really thought Chad was a better catch than Charles.

Him burying kids in his yard proves he was no genius, like Chad werent your powers working, uh they were watching you guys, your yard wasnt the smartest place was it? I just thought with you being able to talk to dead people, were besties with Jesus, could forsee the future you would have seen this all coming. 😂😂😂😂

Chad's brother and his children said that Chad wasn't dumb enough to bury the children in his yard. They were wrong, Chad was that dumb and he deserves to spend the rest of his miserable life in prison. Heather Daybell was the only person who knew that Chad was that stupid and that Chad was involved somehow in Tammy's death. Chad and Lori are so selfish and disgusting.

Very good point!!! They may have gotten away with it all if they had not buried them in his own backyard. They were evil and used God to justify their actions.
