My son is a mortician in Utah and he knows this man testifying and the chief medical examiner Erik very well. Bruising don’t show up right away alot of the time. If they tell you to embalm and put makeup they might not notice. But the medical examiner should take them when it’s a death that doesn’t make sense. Right away in Utah they would take a person that has passed for an autopsy. Chad almost got away with Tammy’s death. Justice for Tammy and all the victims in this case..

Absolutely right, my daughter in law was murdered 2 yrs ago and she was stabbed 96 times with many stab wounds to head, face and neck…when my son and I viewed her body there wasn’t one of the facial and neck wounds visible to us, and according to the police she was barely recognisable after the attack….they certainly do a beautiful job, she just looked asleep…

My father died apparently of a heart issue while having surgery…..BUT I found it so weird. No one liked his wife, who was 15 years younger, AND he was cremated immediately. She kept my siblings and our families away from him for at least 5 years. She always had an excuse. And two years before he died he changed his will, leaving everything to her. After he died she called me and told me how sick he had been. Which was weird since my cousin told me my dad had been hiking and traveling up to his death. She showed a conflicting demeanor at his service. One minute smiling and the next minute rubbing her eyes with a tissue, which never looked wet with tears. Right after the service, $15,000 went missing from our trust account he had been handling. (I got it back from her lawyer), and within four months she already had a boyfriend. My dad was in his late 80s so no one thought twice.
But maybe I’ve watched too many true crime shows like “Court Tv”, “Dateline”, “20/20”, “48hours” etc.
oh and one more little note….she was a nurse. And dad was able to retire at 45. 🤔

When her Mother passed away, a female and her daughter moved in with her Father (3 mil house) within the month, (she played an instrument in his instrumental group). My friend only knew this when she read craigslist and found a number of her mother's items for sale. She phoned the number and the lady answered and then hung up on her when my friend told her who she was. Everything else that her mother owned went to the curb side pick-up. My friend did not get one item of her mother's belonging's, all she wanted was a vase. My friend was not allowed at the house. When her father passed away within 4 years, the lady got everything. House, monies, stocks, bonds, cars etc. Very disheartening.

Unsuspecting witnesses have no idea how they are about to be attacked when Prior mounts the podium to cross-examine them, not just attempting to create doubt for the jury, but actually bullying, slandering, demeaning, attacking the witnesses; and with slippery language, getting them to agree to his made-up scenarios with which they actually don't agree. They have to be strong, alert and assertive to trip Prior up in his false scenarios and games with justice. Many of the witnesses have not been able to do that. Hopefully, the jury catches on to his games.
You could tell when he did cross examination that their demeanor changed.

Why doesn’t Prior ask questions instead of making statements and then adding, “correct, do you agree” and so on. For example, instead of saying, “were Chad’s children at the funeral?” he said, “Chad’s children were at the funeral, correct?” He comes across as a bully and someone who is forcing the witness into his way of thinking. My uptake on the neighbor was that during the time they lived next to each other, that it was a pleasant time and nothing out of the ordinary occurred.
