I never bought Tim's claim on this. Stan Lane was Bobby's new partner on 4/4/87. Tim and Brad won the UWF Tag Team Titles on 5/17/87. Plus, Tim and Bobby were too similar.

Tim was excellent as talent enhancement. Most wrestlers who worked with him would tell you he was easy to work with but I guess like everyone else in this world, unless you’re Steve lumbardi, eventually you want to be a star
