It's actually slightly early. If you play at 0.25 speed you can see that otz drops it while animation is still active and Bubba just swings right after the "stun"

Dude I saw the survivor just shake her head at 6:41 and it reminded me of this time I was playing Michael Myers, and I found someone with their guard down on a gen, so naturally I start to approach them, but then that dude just stood up, and looked me dead in the eye. Naturally I saw this and was just kind of shocked, I stood there waiting for his next move, and he just nodded. Slowly. And that was the ballsiest move I have ever seen a survivor do, so I straight up just left. He didn't even continue working on the gen, we practically became friends for a split second there

I mean, that's a very niche use of the perk that requires using a specific killer and relies on the survivor being in the right place at the right time doing the right thing. Dead Hard can get value basically anywhere at any time with no investment beyond pressing E.

If BHVR just reduced his terror radius back to 24 meters I think the ADS nerf would be somewhat mitigated, since he can sneak up on people again.
Its not that his instashot got nerfed. Its that they increased a TR on a 110 killer due to Monitor&Abuse being a s tier perk on him at a time AND took his instashot away at near same time.
