Worst hostel ever. Room rates are not fixed and is different for everyone and get increased in each session. There is simply a variation 10-20k in room rates and depends on your ability to bargain+ the food quality is good only in admission session. Please be beware!!

Kota localite and IIT alumni here, man I didn't knew such hostels exist in my city. I did my prepration from home only therefore not familiar with the hostel life but I can suggest that you can take a single room or a bhk flat at some other locality away from coaching centres(4-6km away). The van service is avilable everywhere and you can probably get good rooms for less.

nope.... student se comfort mein ache se padhaai hoti hai warna agar khaana acha nahi hoga... staff behaviour acha nahi hoga toh student ki physical aur mental health ka toh wiase hi band baj jaayega
Let's try not to discuss on this topic anymore but it was my personal thought why to opt for so expensive if u will get a decent hostel at 6-8k with all facilities and your only work will be non other than studing

I always saw these luxurious hostel in my area , i lived in single room with a table and a bed. To crack neet i never needed anything more than that and i think living in these hostels are just waste of money and time both with my perspective

According to my opinion, BL residency over charge krti hai.
Mai jis hostel me reh rha hu wo mujhe 20k me sara facilities de rhi hai. Aur yaha khane ka menu boht jyada luxurious hota hai. Double bed humare yaha v hai in single rooms. Gym v bara hai. Aur table tennis and all to hai hi.
Overall mera hostel behtar hai.

I was in kota back in 2008. I never had a bike or a ac room...but after 3 years of preparation i managed to crack it....it was iit Bombay EC stream....trust me you dnt need this bull shit....
PS. Residing at San Diego since 2016...life only makes u happy is u struggle.
