Metal Sonic Yes, but you need to have the replacement file. Just go to your osu folder, and then into the Skins folder, and open the folder of the skin you want to edit. All files are in there.
The map is literally impossible. Try for yourself. You literally can not get past the first spinner, nor can you pass the parts where your mouse needs to literally be outside of the screen, or where your mouse needs to be in two places at once.
