These panic bars were all supplied by a commercial door supplier and part of a large job. I do not recall the brand. However, I've had great luck at buydoorhardwarenow.com. I have no affiliation with them, but they have a good variety of door hardware. Thanks for watching
I don't recall that brand. I did 8 doors on that job and the client had purchased everything from a vendor and had it onsite when I arrived. Most push-bars can accept a Lever or knob as long as they match the configuration of the hardware. Home Depot sells a brand called "Universal" and they have a standard pull or lever that matches. You're a lifesaver!! Had to install 2 fire rated doors in an old building, got to looking at the hardware and instructions and said "F this!". Lol. Your walkthrough was WAY easier to understand than those convoluted instructions they sent.

Yikes, that's a big one. I would find a local commercial locksmith or contact a place that really knows this stuff like doorhardware.com. IN Nashville I use nashvilledoorcloser.com for all my commercial parts. I've obtained extension parts for gates that were 2.5" thick, but 4" could be a challenge. Good luck and thanks for watching.
how about one with a bluetooth operated lock..it comes with a hinge that has your wires made into it and it all feeds through the jamb and into the edge of the door via la hinge. you use a fab to unlock it. previously installed by someone else...no instructions, random screws...🤷 how do you wire those into an existing security system?

I would look up the specs/intructions for that type of handle or cut it off with a reciprocating saw or angle grinder. I've done both. Sometimes screws get stripped or corroded or you simply can't figure it out, so cut it off without damaging the door and start from scratch. Good luck and thanks for watching.
