I was here on Wednesday 4th May 2022 and for me it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had hands down. I went for a few slices at Di Fara and Johns of Bleeker but they still don’t compare in my eyes.
have you tried real Neapolitan pizza in NYC? Lucali is kind of weird because it's a combination of typical NYC pizza and Neapolitan one. I think Johns is overrated but Di Fara is better than Lucali. But, i get why people think Lucali is better, especially if they start getting all sorts of ingredients on top that places like Di Fara simply doesn't offer. But, one of my favorite real Neopolitan would be Keste (espeically when they have fresh burrata and also their non-pizza appetizers are great) and Motorino. But, there are other ones which are great too.
@@mrvk39 "Real Neapolitan" is not the objective pinnacle of pizza. You are delusional if you think people don't have differing tastes in texture or flavor.
