Seeing someone as chaotic as Chrissy with someone as grounded and no nonsense as Mark is one of the funniest things ever, his energy just completely takes over.
RIP Dom the legend. Lucali pizza is truly amazing... but the real gem there is the calzone. If you go, get a pie but do not sleep on the calzone. Then they come around and refill your extra sauce on the side for the calzone and you are truly in heaven. Also BYO wine and offer Mark a glass.
Problem is, no matter how you make the dough, mill the tomatoes, use the freshest Buffala mozzarella, you’ll never have his oven. I’m a chef who has “deep dived” into pizza from new haven style “apizz” to Lucali, & everything in between but although close, I’ve never been able to get that perfect texture they achieve. I live in Canada so I’ve never had it, but I can only imagine it’s much better than anything I’ve ever made, because I was never fully satisfied with my creations.
@@prodJaxStaxNah Dave wouldn't get along with them. He's got the alpha male mentality, he just can't be wrong. Millions might know his Dave's and think he's the pizza authority, but Mark is the man. True pass the torch situation. Respect, love, and accident. Truly organic. As a Midwest guy I never had the chance to eat a slice from Dom’s hands. One day (cross my fingers) I get a slice of Lucali. 🤞🙏🍕
I have seen a ton of content on Mark and eating his pizza/meatballs is on my bucket list. This is a passionate pizza god, and the more I see the more the legend grows! Respect on respect on respect.
It’s SO worth it man. There may be a lot of pizza spots here in NYC that have a ton of hype, Bleecker St., Joe’s, Di Fara, L’Industrie, and yes they are all great in my opinion, but Lucali is on a whole other level. It’s worth the hype and worth the long lines/waiting lists.
The composite of individuals in all of this really bring to life the adage of the "whole being better than the sum of the parts...", wow... super inspiring! great feature!
Last winter I was 20 people away from the door at Lucalis when the hostess anounced that all slots were taken for that evening. I'll make it next time!!
I've heard stories about Dom before, and now I am sad I didn't get to try his pizza before he passed away. He was a legend to many pizza makers in New York. Rest in peace, Dom.
Brooklyn pizza is the best you can get in the states! Lucali is absolutely *chefs kiss*. If it's not Brooklyn it better be from Italy. And every region of Italy is different and delicious. 😋
You would think a comedian would know how to read the room. Sometimes you gotta tone down on the comedian side and just have a regular personal interaction...
I live in the neighborhood and see a line of 20-30 people everyday. 3 hours before opening. It's been this popular for years now and it's insane. He has a slice shop a few blocks away that's no bueno, though.
Thumbs up if you think Chrissy Chaos and Mark need their own cooking show!
Cooking Chaos
Make it a mini series.
Mark&Frank pair so well.
Ol Chef Chrissy
Yes.
If you could get Mark and Scott back for a pizza tour series that would be amazing
They should take George Motz for a pizza tour, then George should take them for a burger tour
You want those guys on a pizza tour, Really Dough?
It was the best show in all in entertainment. Miss it
i miss them together so much!!!!!!
I'm just happy to see Mark and Scott together again!

His name is Chrissy Chaos for a reason
@@thacoolbeannever heard of him and didn’t laugh once
Man anything with Lucali is an instant watch and like from me. I can’t watch this dude talk and make pizza all day.
Same he's also very comforting somehow

Been missing the Mark Iacono content. Anything with Mark and Lucali's is an instant watch and like from me.
This lady honestly has a fantastic personality so easy to watch. Lucali is a legend, the calzone is DIFFERENT
"So easy to watch"? Yeah, you're a bot.
Love seeing Mark pop up on RUclips every once and a blue moon. Great episode and thank you for the content!
It's so beautiful to see Mark keeping Dom's artistry alive - I grew up near Di Fara and it changed my world.
we need a full video from Mark, making the dough with measurements and everything!
c’mon! NO SECRETS!
Yes Please
This isn't his first time in a RUclips video. This isn't even his first time on this channel. Hes given out everything before.

Chris cracks me up. I would love to see Mark and Chris spend a day together and see how long it takes for Mark to go crazy 😂
Mark and Scott made me laugh a lot today. I like them
Chris' joke per minute ratio was high
Way too high imo
Too bad they weren’t good ones. Well short of the Mendoza line
Yeah. He really should have shut tf up
Chris is a BEAST

Mark is pure class “I’m not playing this game. “
He dealt with that buffoon better than I would have.
I watched the Pizza Show over and over! Visiting Dom was my favorite part! Please film another NY pizza series with Mark and Frank!
The composite of individuals in all of this really bring to life the adage of the "whole being better than the sum of the parts...", wow... super inspiring! great feature!
We need "Really Dough?" to comeback ASAP.
Mark inspires me on so many levels...what a great man!!.....
Food is so subjective, favourites vary so much from person to person.
Dang! Nice crust! Thank you for the great insights Mark, Scott & pretty Nicole
Pizza is life, Pizza is love.
I love Chris and this is the type of stuff we need to see him in now. Where he’s out of his element and needs to figure stuff out lol
Not sure if I can agree. He could’ve turned down his joke frequency a little. A bit much in my opinion.
Agreed. I found him quite annoying.
Modern day douch

Not me eating a Totino's Party Pack Pizza while watching this 😭
Thank you for doing this show. This is my safe place.
I love your vids.....it's such a positive vibe.....I can feel the love!!! Great Job.
This is why good food tastes so good. Love.
Exactly, dude readily admits that he had no clue at 1st, but the passion shown through.

The best pizza I have ever had, came from Sal's pizzeria in West New York, NJ, on Bergenline avenue, across from 61st street.

Loved this but felt Chris' one-liners were a bit excessive. You can tell Mark was kind of bugged.
I was waiting for him to get slapped with a pizza dough or a peel.
Mark Iacono seems so nice. Just so calm
Especially the taste is excellent.
Worlds colliding! Love any Lucali content! Even though Chris seemed a little out of his depth hahaha
How many boosters?
what do you mean? @@statius2
He's a comedian??? Wow, that was brutal
and a great one at that, but hes not for everyone
Mark is the man!
Man couldn’t handle the Chrissy chaos😂
To visit, Mark is on list this winter time to visit from Jersey
It's about time you guys got Mark Iacono back on the show.
Whole vibe of the respectful, chill proceedings thrown off when whoever this comedian is comes on to clown. Odd dynamic.
I've watched so many videos about this man, it's like I personally know him hahah (of course not but it feels like it after years of content).
Would really love to try one thanks for the jokes and smiles.
Great episode. I'm a die hard Chicago deep dish guy but this video is making me question my loyalties.

Chris didn't pass the vibe test
Couldn’t imagine hanging out with that guy

Mark has the most amazing speaking voice.

That man was two jokes away from backhanding Chrissy 😂
Next time in NYC, I'm hitting both places. Plus I've never been to Brooklyn so that will be a nice change for me!
Amazing content, super dope show!

"give him a kiss, if you don't i will"
hahaha

I must make it to lucali one day
Why do comedians feel like they constantly have to try and be funny, it is exhausting
Next time, leave that dude at home.
Pretty sure Mark hates him. I'm kinda hoping he doesn't show up in any more videos. Trying too hard.

Agreed. He's like the friend who thinks he's a comedian so he never shuts up
Those pies look heavenly.
Man…is this Chris guy really a comedian? Maybe Im missing the humor.
He was trying way to hard and the jokes were just bad
They really should move "is it really dough?" to first we feast
That would be perfect in my opinion. Miss that show.
I heard from reliable sources that Thrillist has spent the last four years perfecting the editing for Season 4. Should drop in the next decade or so
I’m waiting for more “Really Dough?” Episodes
Chrissy anxieties said “do you like me?”
Chaos was brought 😎🍻🤘
Love seeing Mark, it’s been too long !
Everyone has their calling in life. Mark found his on a coincidental whim. Crazy!
Real Facts 👌
Di Fara and Lucali are pizza royalty.
youre missing Patsy's (the original on 1st/118th), John's of bleeker
Mark and Scott!!!
I know its a terrific pizza but $32 for ingredients that cost $5 at most is fakkin insane.
yeah i noticed that too. after tax and tip thats an insane price for a single pizza, no?

This guy ❤ everyone love him hes about it.
hahahaha mark was so annoyed by chris!
That's three NYC slice joints that said didn't pick the dough off the table. That is the secret. I'm learning stuff in NC

Saying this is the best in the world is making the pizza makers in italy die laughing 😂

Did that say $32 pizza and $29 Calzone?!?
almost $50 for 1 pepperoni pizza after tax and tip. insanity
It’s very funny now a tutorial on the dough please :)
I need to go to New York and experience this pizza culture.
Majority use electric ovens which requires way less skill then use of wood heated ovens
Mark is the coolest ma n the planet. Those pizzas look incredible
chaos level went through the roof as soon as Chrissy came on screen. LOVE it
Americans saying "best in the world" is still the greatest joke ever.
