One of the best climactic scenes in film history; Sarah Connor looking very isolated and vulnerable sat in the club with everyone completely oblivious as to her predicament; the way Terminator comes in right on cue with the climax of the verse; Sarah Connor catching the glance in the mirror from Kyle Reese; and then the way Kyle spins and pulls out his hidden shotgun when he zeros in on the Terminator. I've seen it so many times, but it still gives me goosebumps.

Reese still would have been able to get a few 12 Gauge pump shots off. While the T-800 model 101 is a bad ass fully armored combat chassis, Reese has intuition, faster neural acuity, and instinct, albeit just barely. T-800 should've been scanning for Reese as well. The T-1000 had much better acuity and neural precessing and still couldn't beat a T-800 that had been trained for just a week by humans. If SkyNet had access to humans to train the assets before they went over, they could have won. Zero human training, starting as just a default HK (Hunter Killer) is great in battle, not in covert hunting in a pre apocalyptic world. Any human hunter would be scanning for Reese as well, but the damn thing was not set to give a damn about concurrent target objectives, because machines sent it over with one objective. The shit just lacks instinct or programmed instinctual tendencies. Even the T-850, (TX) failed for this reason because she was just sent with tech improvements, and no instinctual training.
Did Skynet even know Reese would be there? He was sent back after the war was won by the humans in the future. Skynet's big mistake was not destroying the time machine after the Terminator went through.

The Original Terminator still one of my favorite movies ever. This song brings you back to the TechNoir scene immediately.
0:37 ---> TERMINATOR enters the club.
0:46 ---> ENTRANCE CLERK = "Hey, that guy didn't pay."
0:49 ---> BOUNCER = "Arrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!"
0:55 ---> TERMINATOR walks through the club and scans the crowd.
2:10 ---> SARAH CONNOR, sitting on the chair, knocks over glass bottle on the table and proceeds to pick it up.
2:11 ---> TERMINATOR passes by and scans the dancing crowd but doesn't see Sarah Connor.
Lol I replayed that scene in my head xD
One of those awesome tense movie moments ever made :)
Thanks for reminding about the scene!
That's wrong ! The terminator enters the club at 1:34
Brilliant attempt nonetheless, sir! well played :D

I was born in the early 90s but man I love the 80s so much the style the music everything 😍 take me back please
0:36 "Ehi, that guy didn't pay!"
AARRRGGGG!!!!
Even though I grew up watching this movie in the 90s, I’d always thought I was living in the 80s 😅
one of the best combinations of atmosphere, setting, story, feelings, and urgency coming together in a scene that captures the essence of cinematography
i wish i could visit Technoir and pay 4.50
There might be even a payphone to call 911.
its all boarded up now as well as the tiki motel : ( . the noir was a bookstore for awhile but I guess that went bust.
Technoir is a sub genre of sci-fi and film noir.
pervmanyesican what? Is there directions?
So build one brother!
Terminator immortalised this song
Indeed. One of the most iconic scenes ever filmed and to a perfect soundtrack
🙌👍🏻👏👏👏
Love this song and such an amazing scene in a classic movie. Miss the 80’s badly !!!
Song was so good it was on loop in Tech Noir.
Yeah, I know it, that's on Pico.
Makron5 not on a loop. It was a small part of the song played.
They also played their other song "Photoplay"
Nathan Wisbey later versions of the film cut that song
@@ilovepandas1246 which versions?
Is it possible to feel nostalgia for a time when your parents were your age?
John Connor gave me a picture of you once... I didn't know why at the time.
One of the most underrated songs that ever crossed the screen. It was perfect for the Terminator.
"...Ven conmigo si quieres vivir..."
Kyle Reese (My hero since i Was eight years old i watched the movie in 1993 for first time) cheers from Perú
I can't stop listening to it, I love 2022 ❤️
I just re-watched the original Terminator movie and checked the end credits to look for this amazing song and see if a soundtrack album was ever produced. Sadly, it wasn’t but I came to RUclips and typed in the bands name and here it is! Awesome soundtrack to an awesome movie!
Добавлю и я свой просмотр, вспоминая великую сцену из великого фильма.
Ну хоть кто-то на русском оставил коммент.
I just found this song, always wanted it,
Watched Terminator was on movie channel earlier.
Can't believe Linda Blair is 68 years old, googled cast during movie
Linda Hamilton
When I hear this song it brings back good memories of me being young.
Terminator movie brought me here too. Great 80’s Song . 👍👍👍👍
But for a spilled glass of Canada Dry Club Soda..., Sky Net would've won the War in 1984...
Yeahh that's why we live now. because Kyle defended Sarah ))

🙄 Spoiler.
There were more than 1 time machine.
@@RaulDukeKnife you got the same pamphlet I did I'll wager.
One of the best 80s songs from one of the greatest movies of all time.

This song is amazing! Everything about it is perfect
I love this song so much. Even though I was a 90s kid but I absolutely love the the 80s stuff. Most of the songs these days suck.
True!
Как же я обожаю эту песню!
не больше чем я ;-)
Слушаю каждый день
Why do soundtracks always have the best music ?
That was just such a gripping compelling scene in the Tech noir. Great song and great cinematography
Hey ! that guy didn't pay..

Controversial?
Controversial?
The song that bring 80s rock into Sci fi into action 😎🤖
I went to see this movie on saturday the 28th of September, on its 40th anniversary. The neon drenched streets and Tech Noir just take you back in time to the greatest decade I have known. ..... 1980s
Terminator is one of my favorites movies
I need to add this to my 80s running Spotify playlist ... I'm 21 btw 😎
Dude, legend. This song rules. This is a really good quality version too.
dude this band sounds beautiful...those old school movies had the best tunes
Nádherná píseň,rychlá,energická a krásně zpívaná. Scéna v Technoir byla doprovázená právě touto písní v terminátor 1,1984.
Записал на кассету. Скоро лето. буду слушать великолепную музыку 80-х , в великолепной тачке 80-х , неспешно прокатываясь по загородный далям, с открытым люком и ветерком 🤟
