The 3 takeoffs and landings at night to a full stop do count for the day too. So yes you can carry passengers during the daytime when doing the takeoffs and landings to a full stop at night.
@About_Aviation yes it's part of the regulations because the requirements for day only specify that 3 takeoffs and landings must be made in the category and class, it doesn't specify the time of day. So the night lands satisfy the requirement for both.
This is a reasonable (edit to say, also logical, meaning not an opinion) interpretation of the regulation. FAR part 61 section 57(a) specifies the broader requirement. Section 57(b) add additional criterion for carrying passengers at night.@@About_Aviation
Good thing he didn't say that. What he did say is, that if you have you and only one other passenger, that you would need to pay at least exactly half.
Wait, so in the flight review part, if I fly at night time 3 take off and 3 landings, I can only carry passengers at night right? and If I do the flight review in the daytime, I can carry passengers during the daytime.
Don't mix "flight review" term which is [part 61.56 and currency (to take passengers) which is part 61.57. If you ask about 61.57- yes, you are correct.
@About_Aviation is correct that "flight review" is not the same as currency to carry passenger; However, according to 61.57(a), you are allowed to carry passengers during the day if you've done three takeoffs and landings within the previous 90 days at any time of day if you were the sole manipulator of controls and in the same category, class, full stop for tailwheel if tailwheel, and type if type required. Carrying passengers at night has additional requirements on top of this.@@bachgiang9366

Is it part of regulation you can proof or is it your personal opinion?

At 9:25. I agree with the medical classes explanation except you will receive compensation as a CFI/I and only require a Class III medical.
Glider tow currency has been 24 months (not 12) since like 2009. 14:03
Yep, had screws missing. I got the mechanic to fix it. I was lucky he was able to fix it so that I could fly.
Scott is hilarious man
Pro rata doesn't mean exactly half, it essentially means in proportion.

@@BotanicalBasilexcept he did say that, verbatim. Watch again. Definitely was incorrect. 23:01
