    You can flip the main Chuck around facing away from the flat platform. Then put it up on a riser block. Then it will spin all the way around even with a handle. Be sure to add weight to the flat part to keep it from tipping

      The grid file is free. You can find it here. It's the RA2PRo_Grid.lqx file.

      Unfortunately no. I only have the Laserbox basic version. I don’t have Lightburn installed yet.

    • @BusterBeagle3D
      @BusterBeagle3D  Год назад

      You can only open an .lqx in Laserbox Basic. It was the predecessor of XTool Creative Space. If you are looking for a grid for that you can find it here. www.etsy.com/listing/1277584267

    I know beggars can't be choosers, but any chance you'd share the SVG file of the grid? Then we can import it into Lightburn.

    • @BusterBeagle3D
      @BusterBeagle3D  2 года назад

      It was made in Laserbox Basic so unfortunately there is no SVG file.

    Is it compatible with Sculpfun s30 pro max?

    • @BusterBeagle3D
      @BusterBeagle3D  Год назад

      Should be. It's just a simple Nema 17 Stepper motor connection and the RA2 Pro comes with multiple connection options.

    The RA2 pro is an RA2 plus an extra box of gear to make it a pro but xtools will not sell the extra box to people with an RA2. They want you to buy the whole thing again. Pretty shady.

    • @BusterBeagle3D
      @BusterBeagle3D  Год назад

      Even if they sold the chuck by itself it would not fit or work with the RA2. You would have to change the base plate with a hole through where the motor is so that you can stick another stepper motor with an extra gear though it to attach the belt. You would also have to drill and tap mounting holes for the chuck in the base plate as well. The original RA2 also doesn't come with the riser bar or the holder for the round objects. So while there are similar aspects to both the parts between the 2 are not interchangeable.
