Our company recommends waiting much longer than 3 months for seal coating. Minimum is a year. We prefer 2 years of letting the oils leach out before sealing

Wowww. in the beginning of the video you can see where they used the torch... No good!! Only way to fix those burn marks is to sealcoat it which you can't do right away..
