MY RECIPE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Ingredients Needed:
- Ground Beef (I used two x1/4 pound patties for smashing)
- Burger Bun
- Bacon
- Red Onion
- Pickle
- Fancy Sauce (1.5 tbsp Mayo, 1tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Ketchup, 1 tsp Mustard, a small dash of White Wine Vinegar - MIX ALL TOGETHER)

i make the same burger sauce except i use sweet pickle juice instead of the wine. never go wrong with a smash burger. . nice burger

Another winner Mike! Over the last couple of years I’ve been grilling onions then putting the burger on top of the onions. It gives them a great flavor with a Smashburger. Definitely if you open up a food truck I’ll come out from California. Lol keep up the good work. Stan

This is how you make a smash burger. Too many videos show a "thin" burger, this is the correct way.

I make a very similar "special sauce" and prefer the onions cooked Oklahoma style.

From that comment you sent me ,,,man ( no shit ) I tears up and subscribed then and there.. My dad was in WW2. Was in the European and Pacific theatre but would never talk much about it. I'm 68 years old my dad is gone since 1979 , I had an Uncle who was in a Higgins on D day on Omaha beach ,,, he never made it out of the Higgins. Was shot in the front his body and the bullet broke his spine. I never saw him walk in all my life. I was told by my dad NEVER ask him what happens, so I didn't..I SURE HOPE YOU READ THIS.... PS..
