Assuming that got the blood pumping a little faster. Good on you for making the most of life and thanks for posting the excitement.
First ever video of an avalanche that could be titled Avalanches are fun!
Wow a new sport. Aerial avalanche triggering on skis. Cheaper than bombing and conventional snow control and more fun.
What is this sport and how do I not participate?

That first flip turn cost you a whole lot of altitude. Glad you made it out.
his attitude was fine, he most likely did it for momentum.

This guy needs to be careful. There could have been other people in that avalanche path.
Hi Tom!
On the access to this run you have a full view on the line, and at the time I did the run it was too late for any skier to go. Also, as you can see on the vid' there where many other avalanches on this face that had gone before, no skier go on this run in such conditions. Anyway, I had checked that nobody could be in the run before going. I'm working in Val d'Isère as a ski and snowboard off-pist instructor since 15 years, and I agree with you that we must watch out for other skiers in any conditions!
Thanks for your suggestion! :)
Not massive at all
