I’m sure it was fun. Another subscriber nailed it. There are way cheaper bikes, xp lite, that have way better specs. I’d take it for free but anyone who buys this at that price point is a giant sucker and will be so disappointed. Walfisk black warrior is 500 bucks more… Dieing for you to review this bike. I’m considering selling off a couple of my bikes to bring that one into the fold. Thanks for the video
I’ve seen this in ads and think it’s a neat little thing. Definitely no cool factor but fun looking. Took off the chain and derailleur on my average hub drive e-bike, just like it better that way. Ditched the car when I retired.
me, im the target audience. couldn't find a descent ebike for my 7 8 and 9 yr old so I got them these. buy once cry once. they will never outgrow them. im 240 lbs and ride them too.
Everyone here complaining about who would buy this bike and mentioning bikes that are completely in a different class just doesn't get it. I came to the conclusion long ago that there is no one perfect bike. You get the right tool for the right job. This thing is a perfect last mile bike. You drive in somewhere, perhaps with cheaper parking that is a little bit from your destination, this thing would be great to pull out of the trunk and finish the journey. A Brompton is the same thing but costs almost twice as much. Niche tends to cost more because of it's use case.
You all are looking at raw specs. I see function. 32 lbs! This is a portable bike a woman could lift alone. And the folding feature is much more useful than the traditional folding design. Only Brompton's have a usable, convenient folding design. Regular folding bikes are gawdawful and very few women can manage to fold them. They would give anyone serious back strain. And the electric bike versions are simply too heavy for most of us to lift. Useless in mass transit because the only way you can move them around once folded is to pick them up and carry them. This concept could work in that context, either for mass transit or to put in the back of a car. And yes, without pedals it is a bit like a scooter, or skateboard but the bigger wheels and superior control of the bike (brakes!) make it MUCH safer. people keep quoting $1700. The cheaper model is just under $1000. Not bad for what it can do. And another thing. If you are not pedaling, you can now set the seat so that you can just put your feet down whenever you have to stop, it is not necessary to come of the saddle. Huge convenience. My question with this bike, given its intended function, is how good is the low speed control of the throttle? Much more relevant than how fast it can climb a hill. Especially when the prospective rider may weigh a lot less than this reviewer.
Great story b/c it hits on several topics I'm interested in knowing more about.... I've been pushing for a "Bike" that employs two batteries where you run off of 1 battery & it charges something back to the other battery as long as it's moving or you have solar ability? That said, small has many advantages for those who don't have space or can't life as much. I see our City's/States rapidly coming to a place where they force tags on some of these Ebikes.... for mopeds it's about 50cc's or less that can run w/o a tag -n- insurances but our money hungry Gov's will be adding laws pretty soon, I bet? peace out
If you need something really light, this Jack weighs only 32 pounds. However, you can get a Lectic Bike for only $800 and weighs only 10 pounds more and has 5 miles more range with throttle only or 40 mile range if you peddle. Clearly, the Lectric bike is the better buy for most people.
I have 250w motor on fat bike 26 inch and it easily does 20 mph. That a ridiculous price for something like that. You can get a kids BMX and put a hub motor on it for far cheaper.
Made the mistake in buying a 36 V e bike and even though it has a 12.8 AH battery, it does not last very long nor does it go very far. Need 48 volt minimum.
the price is way too high for what it is. i think its only going to attract a very small group of buyers that wants a bike like this. Perfect for navigating a college campus or something where its forced to not going any faster than 20 and you dont have to worry about maintaining the chain. You can bypass alot of restrictions some areas would have but $1800 is way too steep. You can get a better ebike at that price with larger motor , better range and much faster.
that jackrabbit is soo fucking overpriced. has the most puny battery ive ever seen too. Dual batteries that are smaller than a laptop battery combined lmao
this may great for you you to review for money but for the reviewer our money could get a better bike i dont see how this company is going to sustain itself

If they do a 28-30 mph with suspension, I'll consider it. But that price is ridiculous.

1750? And not even some cheap Shimano mt200s? Hell naw man they must got a target audience for this
Every bike has a target audience. This one just happens to be the least amount of bike for the most amount of money. 😂😂
When you put a kit on them they are actually pretty fun tho
@@lilvegasbasc-se7en-0-duece67target audience=suckers born every minute!

I love the idea but the price is just deplorable, if you want something like this then get a lectric xp lite for half the price.
I kinda want one so i can learn to bunny hop and goof around as a ride honestly but shit its pricey 😅

its an electric trials bike basically

the Himway company makes one for $600...same thing

300w for 1k is stupid
In what state can an e-bike have no pedals? Research it and you will be disappointed.

seems really stupid to not even make it a single speed bike, you would gain so much from that.
For that price I would just get a zooz
