Thank you! I'm glad you like the fork! The XG is an amazing bike, and the extra power is very noticeable. I am also working on cranking the xg power up a few notches. I do have mods for the OG too, like a wheelie bar and suspension fork that keeps thr locking functionality.
Aaawww sick. Im eyeing one of these bikes, thank you for showing maintenence/upgrades for the bike man ❤ id love to see a video swapping the motor/controller to get a bit more speed outve this teeny bike
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I am working on some general maintenance videos, and I have some pretty powerful upgrades that will hopefully be hitting my website in a few months. It might make the wheelie bar a necessity😉 These bikes are a blast, and if you want a bike to upgrade for speed and acceleration, the XG is a much better option than the OG. I have power upgrades in the works for both, but the front and rear brakes on the xg, along with 2 batteries, make it have a lot more potential.
New parts came in last week and have been wired up, now I just need to finish programming, tuning, and testing to see if this controller is the one I want to move forward with for power upgrades!
I precut all of the stems, along with pressing the bearing race and star nut into place and greasing the bearing race. All you have to do is what's in the video. The edges of the cut stem are also cleaned up.
My next shipment should be in sometime in September. I will get right on assembling them once they come in. I now thankfully have the right connections to now hopefully keep them in stock instead of being at the mercy of other middlemen.
Those ones will require you to build them out, by cutting, drilling, pressing crown race and star nut. The ones I sell already have all that done and should be back in stock in 2 weeks. I have some nice air forks about ready for release, too, that should be out sooner. The JRL is great for a cheap springer option but lacks some of the adjustments and performance of the XCM air fork. I personally run the JRL on my bikes, but that's because I'm not too concerned with the weight or performance benefits of the XCM. The XCM is definitely the better fork, I'm just weird like that.
Been eyeing an upgrade from my OG to the XG, whenever that happens im definitely getting this suspension fork. Great video!

Great video. Very helpful. Thanks
I'm glad you found it helpful! Hopefully, it makes the install a breeze for anyone!
This looks fun but i have lots of steep hills around my house. It would be cool to see some motor and controller upgrades.
They are in the works for the xg and og!
Did you have to cut the fork stem?
