It depends though. If I prefer healthier snacks I would use it. Because what is sold is jelly donuts, not a lot with filling is sold that is healthy. Plus great presentation when you have guests. But yeah, one can just eat the banana then take a bite of spread simultaneously lol.

Nah Robert said until he gets back 350k and a 10% stake. But for 2 Sharks at 12.5% stakes each, they only pay the royalty til the investment (250k) is paid off not 350k. They gave away 25% but for two very powerful sharks.
Just them making a a tiktok video and self promoting it will drive probably hundreds of thousands of sales.

Absolutely. I’m not saying that they made the wrong deal. The guy himself actually said that they are not looking for money in particular, but for the push the shark can do to their product to be trending. It’s just the look of (what just happened) on Robert’s face that cracked me 🥲😅
Extra 2.5% each for 2 sharks. Definitely worth it.

7:06 First time I've heard Kevin explain his actual reasons for saying a company is a royalty deal. Based on that, it sounds like he's worried the company will re-invest constantly in attempts to scale and not be able to scale, so there will be no distributions and no acquisition, so he wants to just take his money off the top of the initial sales until he profits. Kind of giving up pre-emptively on them being able to make something bigger out of it.
Well it is a banana filler device. Not sure every home in the world would use something like that, so I would bet there is going to be a cap on what that product is going to put out.
Kevin always offers royalty deals because that's the fastest and most secure way to gain your capital back. Has nothing to do with the company's ability to exit or larger distribution.
That’s the whole point of business 😂is to get your money back with interest!!!

They're making a mistake trying to sell this to families.
You know who would continuously use something like this? Local bakeries. Ones that can't always afford every piece of top-of-the-line equipment. Home bakers too. Sure, families could also buy it like an infomercial product, but I think they were thinking a little small about who they could market this to.

Seems like an easy way to bring your kids to eating More bananas. I would use it if I had my own kitchen. It could be a family stable just to get your kids to eating more healthy. It's a good alternative for dessert. Just a banana filled with some sugary spread.
