You really should preface these videos with your swing speed because with a 115+ swing speed I got excellent numbers with the Mizuno RB Tour as well as did most others.

4:51 explaining why you feel like this when hitting it pure is you’re getting too much back spin with your putts ( hitting down on the ball ) and it’s checking up. Hitting it off the toe cancels this out. Same as a driver.
I really liked this ball and feel off the putter. As far as your numbers, maybe you you’re swing speed is not fast enough to properly compress this ball?
93 mph with a driver should be well enough to compress almost any golf ball. The only golf balls I test were compression is really issue is the four piece tour X golf balls that feel very firm and clicky. So I doubt it's a compression issue. Also, I don't know if you've seen my review of the x model from Mizuno, but it was one of the best golf balls I've tested. It wouldn't make any sense to compress the X as well as I did, (I got about 10 yards further average with the X across the board) and not the regular tour
