  • Excited to interview the good folks over at My Pure Water, a water distillation company in the USA. For over 40 years, the Pure Water brand has been making water distillers for your homes. Water distillation has been recognized as the single most effective way to protect against the full range of possible contaminants that can be found in water.
    Over the last few years, I've been been researching water, and I've gone through many different types of filters; reverse osmosis, Berkey, Brita, and several others. The network of functional medicine doctors I'm connected with kept observing that patients were being effected by radioactive elements and pesticides. The majority of them were being exposed by their drinking water.
    Distilled water was really the only way to properly remove all the contaminants from drinking water. But then the argument is, "But what about the minerals?" I've come to the conclusion that most of our minerals come from the food we eat, not our drinking water, a topic we explore in this episode. We get into the benefits, the biggest myths, and much more.

    I had lose stools when I started on distilled water, I also had them before changing my water due to mineral deficiencies

    What is the difference between megahome or coz4 or their distiller?
    Aldo just seen a long whr ralk on how minersl are important in water as it helps the water reach the cells better. Ive had a water filter for years but depleted in minerals and imbalances..

      I'm not sure what you're talking about in terms of megaphone or coz4, but as far as minerals I supplement with fulvic and humic daily, and my minerals were recently tested after 2 years and they were optimal.

      Ah bummer, wasn't meant to be that way. I think the goal was to destroy the myths promoted about distilled water and why folks might want to rethink some of their "filtered water" brands. Also I just interviewed another water expert, and ironically, he told me recommends MyPure Water as well, they seem to have a pretty good reputation in the industry. If there's other brands out there that are just as good I'm happy to promote them. I promote good people and brands that I personally use, there's never an obligation to get any of it.

      very sweet of you to reply.@@JoelEvan I don't mind promotions, just we got there so fast, and I'd like to have heard more about the power of distilled water for healing.

    How did you guys arrive at the conclusion that we experience no benefit from minerals in our water or that there are negative health effects from minerals in water? When I google it there are studies claiming the opposite

    • @JoelEvan
      @JoelEvan  10 месяцев назад +1

      Most people are getting their minerals from food not water. Of course minerals are important but historically have humans been relying on minerals from their water? Probably not

    • @humanerror7
      @humanerror7 10 месяцев назад +3

      @@JoelEvan 'probably not' isn't a super satisfying answer lol and there is no way of proving or disproving when we are talking 'historically'. I just see so much conflicting modern information out there. Some people saying we cannot absorb inorganic minerals, some saying that because soil is so depleted these days that it's more important than ever to have mineralized water. I've been drinking remineralized water, A LOT OF IT, for about 15 years. I am generally very healthy, but I may have some kidney issues...nothing serious enough to require meds or hospitalization, but enough to make me wonder...

      @@humanerror7 you’re right about the soil being depleted so supplementation usually helps as even sometimes having a whole food diet might do it. Have you seen my podcast with Caroline Alan on fulvic minerals? (ruclips.net/user/liveM2s6GJA6hLc) I’m a big proponent of those. Also Dr. Stefanie Seneff and I talk about glyphosate and how it disrupts soils and the power of fulvic. Also I had a hair tissue mineral analysis done just recently to check my levels and they were overall fine other than a few but that’s due to some imbalances in my gut. I’ll do a video on that soon as I think it’ll be helpful.
