Live performance of my piece "Soporific Glass" by the amazing Ficino Ensemble (Ireland). Recorded live at Unit 44 (Dublin) as part of the 2022 ICC Salon, an initiative by. ‪@theirishcomposerscollectiv3678‬ (Irish Composers' Collective).

"Soporific Glass" is inspired by Philip Glass' "Glassworks." The piece draws from Glass' signature minimalism and develops in its own unique way. With the harp acting almost as a drone to set the harmony, the other elements intertwine through intricate counterpoint, melodic imitation, and fugato elements.
