DSK 165.5 component bass is really good. I am using it without any amp and still feel the vibes. But DCX Coaxial one... it has less bass then Component... but it is really clear in term of sound quality
Bass is bad on coax ones, I bought a pair of them. My car doesn't have specific place to locate the tweeters, still need to think of something. In case I don't like maybe I can move the coax to rear doors, let's see.
@@gutobiaz may be its due to the stereo output... I am facing this issue in my other car having company fitted stereo. But compared to its price vs output.. then its a decent one.
Vitalik Savchuk the dsk is a component system meaning the tweeter (the small speaker for high frequencies) is separate from the woofer (the larger speaker for the lows) and it has an external crossover which separates the frequencies and sends them to their appropriate speakers. The dcx is coaxial meaning the tweeter is located in the center of the woofer and the crossover is connected to the speaker its self. So the dcx is more compact, but has less surface area than the dsk.
