I always felt this undercurrent of love and something adorable underneath all the noise of their music! I didn't know they were together - it makes so much sense.
awesome!! been obsessed with matmos for some time now didn't know they were a couple! thats pretty rad to know! thanks so much for posting was cool to see the studio of someone I have so much appreciation for.
Ooh.. car has magical neon writing.. powers... magic.... also this video isn't even electronica.. electronica is a genre, this's a documentary about a genre... and other personal life stuff.
Some of their earlier stuff is brilliant but it fell completely off the rails later--they're totally full of crap about the 2600 not being as useful or good as hunched over a laptop and editing on a (maybe now primitive) DAW. Sounds like they have no idea how to use it, it has as much soul as any acoustic instrument I've played.
"Do you wanna come over and edit audio on my computer?" DATING GOALS!!!
