This is my first time in Bali. It was never been on my bucket list. I arrived with no expectations but left absolutely blown away by this beautiful and amazing island! It was first time but definitely won't be the last.

Been there and tegalalang in Ubud. They are not comparable to Banaue rice terraces at all since there terraces are not that complicated in height as compared to Banaue that its the whole mountain from top to bottom where they intricately engineered it

Very well narrated travel blog sophie!! I will be travelling to bali this nov with my family of 5. Can you share the cost of booking Herry per day? Eg.... number of hours per day? Do you still have to tip him? Does Herry eats with you guys? We would most likely be using your itinerary too!! Very well planned.... save me lots of time to plan. Many thanks in advance.
Hi Audrey! The cost of the booking depends on the car and the tour/places you will go and where you are coming from. It's best to contact him directly for a quote (his details are on my description box) since we we're only 2 for our trip. He ate with us once but for the other tours with did under his company, his colleagues that drove us did not. Yes, we tipped because of the good service we had. :) Glad this helped! Enjoy Bali!! :)
