having watched 3 of your videos only so far, you make cooking fun and simple. Great job. I like the rustic way you cook, no fancy-ness just good healthy, hearty food which the whole family can enjoy. Keep them coming Sam. Going to try those which i fancy making
Looks delicious. Sesame oil is more a finishing or flavoring oil. Doesn't really stand up to heat well. Also I'd add MSG but some folks have problems with that though it's been debunked.
I discovered asian noodle dishes in the last year. Korean chili garlic noodles are amazing. Would love to see you do some recipes with Gochugaru and Gochujang
I’ve been taking the ingredients sam showed with the addition of gochujang (which I started using the last year and it’s amazing), gochugaru and sugar and vinegar in it and it’s been a hit so far. Just wish I had a source for non dried noodles in my area.
@@billconiglio4024 I've been doing the same with gochugaru, black bean paste, and adding a lot more veg. like sliced carrots, onions, boc choy, and sliced cucumber to finish
@@26N80W I’ve not tried black bean paste yet but did try bok choy for the first time two months ago. I like to use crimini mushrooms, shallots and zucchini in my dish as well. I’ve also tried hamburger but not ground pork. Now I think I should get some.
I've thought this on previous videos, but was never sure... Sam mixes up teaspoon and tablespoon. He put a small amount of soy and cornstarch on the beef and said tablespoon, then a lot more soy in the sauce and said teaspoon. A tablespoon is equal to three teaspoons. Pobody's nerfect.
I made this last night and low and behold it was a HIT! I used filet for the meat and nice variety of veggies. I will say, taking the time to find won-ton noodles was worth it! This was very good!
I must say that these burgers look FN' AMAZING !!!! I live in Windsor, Ontario. Canada and we just started selling these burgers at Burger King not too long ago. I tried them and the were actually not bad. By the way, here they are using 2 sourdough bread slices as buns.
You can ABSOLUTELY say ‘fat kid’. If anyone is offended by it then they must resemble the phrase. I’m so tired of people worrying about offending people when speaking truthfully. Love your videos!!
I'm coming to San Diego in August from Kansas City for my son's Marine graduation,,, and of course I have to try not not tacos, but we are staying in a place called Old Town, if any of Sam's viewers are from their let me know if that's a good place to stay...the online videos look pretty cool
There are two great areas called Little Italy and one called Gaslamp District…both great areas full of restaurants. Little Italy has a large farmer’s market on Saturday mornings.
Hey man. I’ve been a subscriber for a while now. Always love the food that I make from your videos. I live in Southern Arkansas and I enjoy hunting deer. With that being said, I’m interested on your take of venison. I would like more ideas. Take care.
Would love to see you make a monte crisco. Mmmm deep fried French toast sandwich with ham and melty cheese yum and a fun side like funnel fries ooooooo
First of all I want to say I love dim sum too... we have an amazing place here but I haven't been in so long so this is going to be a good recipe to do to get my fix! So Thank you for doing this great recipe... I've tried making them before but they always come out soggy so this is a great way to cook them...I will definitely be trying this! Second, I love you guys... and have been watching you so long that you kind of feel like family to me... weird maybe but I lost my mom a few months ago and she lived with me and so when I am feeling alone... I can always put on your videos and feel like I am in good and safe company with some good laughs. My mom and I cooked together a lot throughout the years so now when I don't want to cook alone... you guys are it!! Thank you for everything you do. ❤from Canada
Sam ..you’re the best. Your food is creative and gives a lot of inspiration to try things differently. But lately the shows seem to be lacking. The fun is missing. Your rambling and saying whatever comes to mind. That is pure entertainment!
It always surprises me how many people do not know the difference between crispy and crunchy noodles. There is a difference between crunchy deep fried noodles and fresh noodles that are lightly browned and lightly crisp pan fried in a wok.
I never comment on videos anymore, and hoped somebody else said this so I wouldn’t have to. Cooking egg noodles half seared (aka cake noodle) with a topping of protein with vegetables (usually minute chicken, but can be beef) is actually American, not Chinese. Specifically from Hawaii where it was invented. I think Hong Kong style is full crispy noodles, but I could be mistaken.
The one thing us Americans can do to chineese food not traditional but i do the same type of dish all the time and i add some cheese or parm it adds a sixth dimension
Lol, I bought the jalapeño QPC from McDonald's recently and it had 1 jalapeño on it! Not even a legit slice it was a tiny slice from the bottom of the pepper. First time I've complained for some time at a fast food place.
Hey Sam, I have a question. You are always adding soy to most items, are you using a soy paste? It looks thicker than soy sauce. Thanks in advance for letting me know!
"Get Mixed" should be your new shirt design.
I like “if you’re there…you KNOW you’re there”
Get mixed for President
keep quiet ur imagination is terrible
These are the kinds of videos we miss. Not the 90 day dry aged meatloaf and peanut butter panini sliders videos.

I can hear Uncle Roger now…”You burn noodles! You make my ancestors cry. Hiyaaa”
when will this recipe be on your website??
Looks delicious. Sesame oil is more a finishing or flavoring oil. Doesn't really stand up to heat well. Also I'd add MSG but some folks have problems with that though it's been debunked.
By my knowledge Sam forgot te 'season' the wok properly before the noodles got in, it's essential cause it creates the non stick layer in the wok.
My family always orders pan fried beef noodles at dim sum. For travelers who have never heard of dim sum, i liken it to Spanish tapas but at brunch.
This dish looks absolutely delicious!! Thank you for sharing this recipe 💕🙏🙏

ground pork works well in lieu of sliced beef

He actually did; this recipe has Gochujang in it ;) ruclips.net/video/WKQaBGfKqiQ/видео.html
Looks awesome- what cut of beef do you use for something like this?
I’ve made a few things you’ve cooked and they’ve all been out of the park home runs!!! Will be trying this one, for sure!
Same here. Sam helps make these dishes accessible for the home cook. The ones I have tried have become staples here at Casa Lunaperro.
how was it?
Thanks so much for making videos like this. Im still coming back!
Just cooked this but I used what I had in the kitchen. Lamb steaks cut in to strips and white rice. Amazing. Cheers Sammy😂🫢
Hey Sam
Make your own version of the New Haven-style white clam🍕
Cheers from San Diego California
I've thought this on previous videos, but was never sure...

I always get hungry watching these. They always look so good.

It’s the simple things that make us te most happy 😊
I love watcing all your videos, any chance you could make a ramen soup?
I'm always "There" Sam - Thanks! - This looks delish and easy. - Cheers!
mind blown wow. thanks Sam and crew!!
Really really looks good. Fast and delish. ❤❤❤
This might be my new favorite comfort food recipe
5:14 Today I learned that Chance stands on the counter when filming.
More Chinese food please!!
Dear Chef Sam,
Loved the recipe. I have a question did you salt the noodle water?
Looks delicious! Is there a substitution for the fish sauce? (I'm allergic).
“Never apologize, mister, it’s a sign of weakness.” -Captain Nathan Brittles (John Wayne) “She Wore a Yellow Ribbon”
Can't wait to try this! Yum
Finally someone who knows how the noodles need to be done! Crispy on the outside! 😊😊😊 ❤❤
I could eat a big bowl of that right now. I'm so hungry.
And that folks is what’s for dinner in my household today !
Thank you Sam and the gang
I'm here. Thx for the know how and recipe.
Super tasty - and defied max with a second bite!!
I must say that these burgers look FN' AMAZING !!!! I live in Windsor, Ontario. Canada and we just started selling these burgers at Burger King not too long ago. I tried them and the were actually not bad. By the way, here they are using 2 sourdough bread slices as buns.
We love you too Sam, Max & Chance. See, I stayed to the end lol
It was so bright inside this restaurant; so many lights on. I had to dim sum.
Seriously drool worthy. I have to make this!
You can ABSOLUTELY say ‘fat kid’. If anyone is offended by it then they must resemble the phrase. I’m so tired of people worrying about offending people when speaking truthfully. Love your videos!!
Ohhhhh my ♥ heart ♥ jumped
DAng Sam you need that Oyster sauce in the mix >< (for the noodle sauce)
So close to what I want to see! Ramen!!!!
Oh man this looks incredible🤤you’re seriously good!
Never apologise for talking sense. Anyone getting offended is either a moron or ignorant or disingenuous. No point in apologising to people like that.

I made the Cajun Pasta and it was great! (just the right amount of heat) keep the pasta dishes coming!
Say "fat kid" all you want, Sam. Don't let anybody tell you how to live your life.
Would love to see you make a monte crisco. Mmmm deep fried French toast sandwich with ham and melty cheese yum and a fun side like funnel fries ooooooo

Gonna have to try this in a cast iron pan... no wok here.
looks great!
Had Me All The Way Up to The Oyster Sauce Yuk.
There Must Be a Good Substitute.
Delicious ❤
Yum! Egg roll noodles?!?! That sound delish! I may have to cut my own... but will definitely be worth it. Thanks for another great video.
You forgot one thing! Velveting the beef with baking soda!!
Oh man, just the first 10 seconds had my stomach rumbling and my mouth watering
I’ll take your word for it boss!
Looks great!
Sam ..you’re the best. Your food is creative and gives a lot of inspiration to try things differently. But lately the shows seem to be lacking. The fun is missing. Your rambling and saying whatever comes to mind. That is pure entertainment!
I agree. This editing style is bizarre. His actions are sped up and his voice is just used as the announcer. I miss Sam.
I think these are the filler episodes.

MORE NOODLES!!! Love you guys!!!
I love that he seasoned the soy sauce.
Quick and easy I love it! 😎
what cut of beef is being used here?
You can say "fat kid." Don't kill your own personality to appease those that can't be appeased 😊
Love this recipe. I usually add a teaspoon of black vinegar to the sauce.
U can’t talk about vinegar like that
that looks so daaaang good. Need to bust out my wok.
I always thought of Dim Sum as Chinese tapas
Looks delicious
Looks awesome, Sam! 👍👍
Have to ask.....have you ever done Yakitori over a Bincho grill???.
Would love to see your take on it.

I am here!!❤❤❤ Those look sooooo good, thx !
Great job Sam you are the man
Did you guys season the wok???

We love you too!
Love that T-shirts also the legalise marinara but can’t find it anywhere 😢
My Favorite 🤤🤤
Delicious 😋🤤 thank you 😊💖
Any chance you can shoot a video making your version of a Kani Salad?
Looks great Sam!
Lol, I bought the jalapeño QPC from McDonald's recently and it had 1 jalapeño on it! Not even a legit slice it was a tiny slice from the bottom of the pepper. First time I've complained for some time at a fast food place.
I feel like I'd want to deglaze at the end and make a gravy hahaha. yes.
I will be making this. however, you left a lot of good looking fond from the meat in that wok which i'd like to figure out to use in this dish.
Sam the cooking guy!!!!
Always bring us the best content!!!!!!!
Keep it up! 😊😊
Yeah my kids would totally say, “ Dad! You burnt the noodles!” 🤦🏼♂️
Im a long time fan so this is not hate just calling it out lol. Love how you covered up and had the burned noodles sticking to the pan edited out lol.
What’s a sub for the holland pepper?
Hey Sam, I have a question. You are always adding soy to most items, are you using a soy paste? It looks thicker than soy sauce. Thanks in advance for letting me know!
I already want to eat this all week!
Looking great Sam Max and Chance🤗😘💙💙💙
I can never find holland peppers. Where can you find them. In florida and grocery stores in the area have nothing like them
hey sam, what cut of beef did you use??
That will be great using squirrel!
Hmmmm, smoked dim sum. I wonder if that's a workable thing? 🤔
Luv ya to STCG!
