My cousin and I were just discussing hiw much we miss pan fried noodles just like yours. Thr two chines restaurants in town that used to make them have closed due to owners old age and family not wanting to keep the doors open. I'm so happy I found your recipe. We are fir sure going to make some very soon. Thank you so much.
That looks really good, excellent tips! I tried making pan fried noodles with ramen a couple times. It turned out really good, but this looks so much better. I'll definitely have to try some Chinese style egg noodles next time! Cheers from Australia!
Excellent tips mam ... but I don't like sesame oil ... instead of sesame oil what can be used ... or for a mild flavour sesame oil which is better normal sesame oil or toasted sesame oil ? Please reply 🙏
Try peanut oil if you do not like sesame oil. Or, mix 50/50 (half and half) sesame and a neutral oil to tame the sesame flavor! Hope this is helpful, Sulakshmi!
My noodles smell weird. I put the noodles in the fridge from the freezer. After I boiled it , it kind of smelled like mold. Is this how suppose to smell?
I aim to be as clear as possible. I wonder if there is a way for you to slow down the video. The URL where the recipe is at: www.vietworldkitchen.com/blog/2020/06/crispy-pan-fried-noodles-video-recipe.html

Thicker noodles are the way to go. They take to the crispiness much better without compressing as much.
Looks like all clad that’s my favorite. Making the noodles soon, thanks much!

Gotta clean the fridge and invest in some fridge baking soda.
Yikes, I've never had that problem before. I hope you resolved the issue. The store should have a better response for you.
