I work at Chili's and also a trainer as well and its so satisfying when you train someone like this. Very patient and very vocal. I love telling my trainees how to do it then see them go off on their own. Its like watching your kids walk for the first time 😂
As a McDonald's employee I have to say the hardest part of my first day was learning to wrap sandwiches. I worked at Wendy's before McDonald's so all the breakfast sandwiches had the same build for the most part its all in the name but learning to wrap the sandwiches quickly was so difficult. Now that I'm a crew trainer I have actually found the perfect training aid to help trainees wrap sandwiches and this method could be used for lunch as well take a biscuit or regular bun and a wrap place the biscuit or regular bun on the wrap and have them practice their wrapping in between orders. Practice makes perfect
Mannn you so lucky being a trainer. I want to be one so bad, it's like a little dream of mine 😂😂. But fr though wrapping quickly is hard. I think I'm starting to get it though.
Dude this is high quality training video material. You give amazing positive reinforcement and compliments that really boosts morale and the drive to do a good job.
I like how he's so patient with him in training couple videos I seen he's really enjoys working very multitasking even working the table alone he's a pro 👍
I watch a ton of RUclips. I'm a veteran I stay home a lot. I just want to say. The man posting these vids is kind and hard working. I'm betting he's a real pleasure to work with. Just saying :)
Watching this young trainer and even younger new hire gives me renewed hope for the future. Im so happy this trainee wasn’t playing video games with my nephew.
Thank you for making McDonald's more transparent. I eat there every morning or lunch depending on my six day a week workschedule and sometimes on my day off. I appreciate seeing where the majority of my food is coming from.
I got to say much respect to both of you!!!!!!!! Also, to the manager, you are one of the most patient trainers and managers I have ever seen in my entire life!!!!!! Excellent training technique
I remember training new people that was the best part of the job! Just knowing that the people that you trained will be training other new associates. The best feeling in the world 🎉 and I trained new employees on the grill also (note: I was not a manager ) but I was fast.
@@StanHowseLMAO most crew trainers are knowledgeable enough to be managers. Usually, when someone gets promoted to crew trainer, they are on the road to become a manager. And, most of us have authorization fingers as each manager can choose their crew trainer to assist them to even out the workload.
they heat the filling up in the microwave that comes in a white bag. then they grab tortillas and roll them up and wrap them up then put them in a container in a mini fridge until its time to be heated up and put in the cabinet (the cabinet is the big machine they are grabbing the food out of to build the sandwiches ).
I work in Quebec for McDonald’s! And it’s surprising how our menu is so different! I remember that we had around 10 years ago Biscuit Sandwich as well of the folded eggs, but it had been removed from the menu in our province since around 10 years ago! We don’t sell soups, and when you showed about the hotcakes, it surprised me that you have the option of eggs and biscuits on it as well, as here in Quebec, it’s only the hotcakes alone, or with the single meat on the side with it! And I got really puzzled about when you spoke about the Canadian Bacon, cause here in Canada, we call it Ham, even if in our menu it’s written “Bacon de dos” or “Back Bacon” if we translate it in English! Edit 1: By the way I almost haven’t noticed, but we don’t sell the steak patties for breakfast in Canada, it’s only Ham, Sausage or Bacon! Edit 2: Oh, and for the background beeping sound at around 18 minutes, whenever it’s happening when I work, it always makes me think about the movie Jaws! 😂
I love a sausage McGriddle...I add grape 🍇 jelly to them sometimes. I grew up eating pancake and sausage topped with 🍇 jelly and syrup. It's delicious 😋! Southern thang..
My favorites when he tells the kid you got this man I don't even have to tell you, ya know what to do... Then after a pause he immediately has to tell him what to do LOL
I started watching your videos a couple of days ago, and they definitely had positive impact on my view of McDonald’s. So much so that I actually went to McDonald’s for the first time in about a year and enjoyed a Big Mac meal! Haha 😆 keep up the good work!
OMFG I WISH we had "biscuts&gravy" here in NZ looks so nom nom nom ! I love watching your pov's cos the menus be so different to here. BTW our McD's suck and ids gross. 😬
I worked at McDonald’s but wasn’t trained on table. The GM came and forced me to work table and got mad and yelled when I was trying to self learn everything. I stopped working there because the management was awful. That GM got promoted and now runs more than 5 stores.
Hello Stephen :D I work in McDonalds for about a month. I'm learning "The Finisher" position. Can you please make video about wraping hamburgers, cheeseburgers, tasty cheese and snack wrap? Maybe some tips how to fold tortillas fast as possible. There are different methods. I'm sure you know the best ones :) Cheers from Croatia and thank you!
Hi, I live in Canada, that's ham you're putting on those McMuffens. There's nothing like that Canadian bacon here in Canada. The closest we have is peameal bacon, but that is coated outside and in with cornstarch .
i like how milad still wraps the burgers like a subway sub
😂 Noticed that too

Great training. The respect and clear communication is top notch.

I love how Milad clicks the tongs every time he grabs them, as if to make sure they still work!
Omgosh he does lol 😁🎯
It’s a total dad move. I do it when I BBQ 😂😂😂
