I ended up installing this in my Explorer. In the winter I didn't even need 4x4 in many cases, the 2wd was useless before. Now I drive up sloped gravel roads and it makes a big difference over an open, even with 4x4. In 4x4 low you have lots of torque for launches and this keeps the power to both rear wheels. Great product for the money!
Stephanie packs a knife, pretty rad. Never thought about upgrading diffs. 2012 GT, so this unit isn't the one for me, but I ended up looking at applicable upgrades at the site.
Will this work for my 96 Eddie bauer explorer w/4.10? Every option except a trac loc :(. I think it is 31 spline. Need a bit of extra help in the snow, even with 4x4.

I swear if I watch any more videos like this, I'm gonna be a certified auto mechanic!!!!

AM should create a rear axle upgrade kit including the axles. At a discount of course!
+MetikalMan That's a good idea man! Let me see what I can do ;) - Will

Dude, rx7 is an exotic car...how many do you see on the road? Of course it's gonna be stupid expensive...Stangs are everywhere.
@@saby8765 “exotic”😂 rare and exotic are different
@@jakeryan5.0 By definition, all exotics are rare. The opposite is not necessarily true though. In this context however, the Rx7 is an exotic car.
