The Nike lunar gatos go for $150, the Adidas elite predator or x crazyfast go for $139 or the pumas future pros go for $129.

Volleyball shoes need a major upgrade, both in terms of looks and functionality. Shoes should be extremely light with soft cushion for all the jumping and yet a very grippy traction. No shoe on the market fits the bill.

Massive companies like Nike and Adidas spend a ridiculous amount of money on research and development for basketball shoes and essentially none for volleyball which only has ASICS and Mizuno only really funding volleyball shoe development.
I wear adidas because that is what my first volleyball team wore and I got used to it, if I joined a club that wanted different shoes I would get their shoes but I like adidas
