Thank you. I like it, the only drawback is that you have to keep and blade extremely sharp, which is not that hard to do (with removal), and also it can clog if you over do it. To unclog it is hard to do since I have to turn the whole unit upside down and get a branch and jam it in there to remove all the clogged chips (always unplug). Bottom line with patience it works great and I have chipped up about 10 medium sized trees so far. it has made the yard a lot nicer since you can make great walking paths over muddy areas and help flower beds with chips instead of purchasing mulch in plastic bags that are transported by a lot of gasoline. BTW I sharpen the blade with a small sharpening stove that is like 600 grit. If kept sharp (ever 1-2 hours of use) it is amazing in how well it works. Contrary to what I have read, you can chip both live and dead material no problem, as long as you keep the blade sharp. The sharpening takes about 15 - 20 minutes to take out sharpen and install back.
Leaves can go in the top. Brush is best into the bottom. Though you have to stuff it into the bottom. I recently did a 2 story evergreen tree that way.
this is better than the manufacturer's video
20 Amp circuits are pretty standard in residential services.

Would this work for bamboo?
I'd like to see how it handles the brush you were referring to. Will a large chunk of brush go into the hopper easily?

Not a good idea to leave the extension cord coiled up in use with a load this big, as the cord can't easily dissipate waste heat.
Very good point, I will keep that in mind.
Where did you buy your head protective helmet and what is it called?woodchip model cvs2515?
Hello Karina, that is a STYHL brand helmet with ear and face shield.
Which model Patriot did you show in the demo?
Hey Evan, I think it was the largest electric model that they have.
110 volt model is shown@** **
Doesn't run on a normal outlet... that's a tough sale.
It will run on a "normal 120 volt outlet, but it has to be a higher amperage outlet like you oven, microwave or refrigerator is on.
Will someone get this poor man some sun glasses :)
